The Geek Squad Home Expert came out to my home within just a few hours and resolved the issue and also took time to explain how the issue happened and how to avoid it happening again.

The guys did a great job! They were very friendly and knowledgeable and the quality of the work was exceptional.

The Geek Squad was great. They did a complete home theater installation. Working very methodical and clean. Setup and explanation of all components was easy to understand. Best Buy is my go to for any BBC and all home electronics.

Had worked with same individual before and received even better service 2nd time around. In home consultant very knowledgeable and provided great information and ideas. Not pushy in trying get us to buy more components. We now have the knowledge to implement future media purchases.

Sam did a great job helping us out. We had a lightning strike and alot of our electronics were damaged. He evaluated and recommended what needed to be replaced. Then he recommended replacements. He also helped get okay from our insurance so we could purchase all of the new products.

My husband and I just purchased a new home the previous owner had a wifi extension (I guess) mounted into the celling but we couldn’t get it to connect. The consultation helped us identify what was needed to activate the device and use it.

We weren't sure which security camera system would best suit our needs and had many questions. The advisors were patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Based on the layout of the house and our specific needs they assisted us in making an informed choice.

This is the second time that we have used the service and was very glad to have Ryan helping us. We feel that the point of having the security system wired into the internet router was not the clearest, but we needed to change internet providers and will get that fixed. We are very pleased with Ryan's work and would be happy to work with him again.

I replaced our main TV,home theater receiver, added a streaming device, and replaced our programmable universal remote.All of my needs were met in the most economical way and we accomplished a significant upgrade to our main viewing TV.Mission accomplished.

My first consultation was horrible with Anthony Lia. He was uninformed and appeared uninterested after welcoming him to my home. I then had one with Mike at Brookfield location and he was amazing in everything. A true professional and nice representative of best buy.

Was a great experience! We were notified of sales and what products fit in our budget in an all inclusive home theatre package. Only reason we didn't follow through was my wife lost her job the day after we received our quote =( will definitely revisit this when things are better!
