Devon did a great job walking me through all of the options. Bryan the installer also did an incredible job with the actual installation, and paid a huge amount of attention to detail. They both treated the process as if it was their own home. Thrilled with their work!

I am so happy with my Geek Squad visit to my home. Sheree solved all my internet/WiFi problems. I wished I had a in home advisor come out when I was in construction. It would have eliminated a lot of problems that I have had to deal with. Everything is working great now,,,I’m very happy.

We had purchased a new 85" TV and tuner and had it installed in our new home. The existing speaker system was ineffective due to the height of our ceilings so we asked to have an in home consultation. The system that was suggested was to be set up at the local store for us to check out. Due to illness the agent was unable to followthrough for a month, and then stopped calling all together. We went to the store on our own and they were able to show us the speakers. When the installers came out they had not been consulted on the install, and needed to purchase a wireless module to drive the new bass. We asked them to run a wire to the new bass while we waited for the part to arrive. They were supposed to contact us when the part came in, and arrange to install. that was supposed to happen within a week. It's been over a month and no news, called and no response. Not happy with the service from the in home consultants.

Best Buys have the best salespeople, best home consultation people, best technical support! Prompt and efficient people that delivered my washer and dryer.

Christian was excellent! A big reason why we chose to purchase all our televisions and equipment from Best Buy. He went above and beyond what I ever expected to make sure we got the equipment we needed for our home so that it would work the way we had hoped for our dream home.

I needed help with some equipment for my home office. Alec was most helpful and very easy to work with. He helped me select a monitor (which was on sale), a wireless keyboard, and a cable to connect my work tablet to the monitor.

Scheduled an in home consult regarding WiFi problems. Nathan showed up on time; called in another Geek squader (whose name I didn't catch) to help and they spent over an hour trouble shooting. Left me with a plan and a couple of back up plans to deal with the issue.
