The technicians were very good installing the sound bar and setting it up for us. However we are still having problems with using the remote and adjusting the levels. I wish there was written instructions with the system

Even though the installation was not completed because of the poor construction of the area where the mount was to be located. The Geek Squad provided me many solutions to remedy the situation and reschedule the service. Looking forward to their return!

Our wonderful consultant Brian helped up with a kitchen stove, microwave and refrigerator AND a clothes washer. He made a home bisit to measure and was so responsive to our email questions.
