I have always wanted a sound system in my home where the music is in each room. Jerry, has provided this. He made fantastic suggestions and I now have music throughout my home. I am not sure how to work the system and he is now sending a coach to train me on how to work it.

Our consultant was knowledgeable and friendly! However, even with an in home consultation, we still had two appliances that didn’t fit and could not be installed on their scheduled day. Our consultant didn’t take in to account the kick plate, thus the dishwasher was too deep. We had to remove the kick plate and still need to figure out how to build in a spacer to account for depth of dishwasher. Sadly, the installer didn’t install it exactly straight, so I will be contacting Best Buy about this. Our microwave was a different size than our old microwave, so we had to do some work to our backsplash to get it to fit. This was not the fault of the consultant, as we had no idea what was behind the original microwave. It’s frustrating that we scheduled a consultation and still had issues. Not to mention that our delivery date got extended. Best Buy compensated us with a gift card for the delivery delay.

What a relief to have a professional help us decide the best option for new kitchen appliances. Out available space was restricted to size but with recommendations from our adviser we gained greater cooking space and a quite dishwasher.
