Our experience with Resnick was outstanding as he explained nuances of purchasing a home theater system, was knowledgeable, personable, helpful. He researched where we could pick up a sound bar in a different store (the last one in stock) which fit perfectly. Overall, we were delighted with Best Buy service from the beginning through a flawless installation of our home theater system.

Working with Nathan and his team was fantastic. The communication was perfect and the attention to detail was exactly what we had hoped for. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Gerald was good and have excellent service and kept us informed. Gerald gave us excellent service when the first projector did not work as well as expected and ordered new projector We got the old projector uninstalled and new one installed at no cost. Thanks Gerald!

We needed to replace a large screen TV and connect it with the whole house Sonos sound system. Dave went through our house and talked with me to get a sense of the system and how we used it; he is also extremely knowledgeable and could explain aspects of the system that I did not know. Dave also walked us through the proposal and explained the different costs. He was very accessible and easy to work with. The installers, Lem and Tom, were fantastic as well. They were in our house for a full day and worked nonstop to get everything installed and set up. They were professional and even though both my husband and I work from home, there were minimal disruptions to our work schedules. I highly recommend the entire team!

I was putting an extensive home theater system together for the first time and needed some help. Since I was purchasing the TV and main A/V components from Best Buy, I thought that would be the best place to start. The first time I spoke with Charlie Uyeno it was at the very beginning of the project, before I even purchased the TV. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful, so I relied on him several more times as the project progressed. He was always professional, extremely knowledgeable, and generous with his time.

“Best Buy”…Not only the “best buy”, but the BEST in the delivery of excellent service, and installation! The staff at the Highland store were GREAT! We interacted with several associates over a course of a week! Pedro, along with Sean and others, were all knowledgeable, informative, and helpful with all the TV’s. The “best”!! Sam Lagalo, and Nick, were the “BEST”, coming out to our home, evaluating our situation, advising, and giving us much needed direction! Our installers, Luke, TJ, and Joshua did a GREAT job! They were very conscientious, worked thoughtfully, and neatly, in our home! I commend the Highland Best Buy Store, the manager Sean, and the entire team to you! Great selections, with extremely competitive pricing!!

Jayson DiStefano is one of the best. He went above and beyond time after time coming through on every ask and detail. While building a new home I opened dialogue with Best Buy Magnolia. I thought Best Buy wouldn't be able to compete with other providers but they came through in a big way thanks to Jayson. We ended up transforming our basement rec room into a beautiful home theater with 150" screen, laser projector, in-wall and in-ceiling speakers for true ATMOS, and so much more. The Best Buy installers were thorough and collaborative throughout the process. Everyone was knowledgable, friendly, and professional. All of this came through thanks to Jayson. Thank you!

I arrived at Myrtle Beach Best Buy with my list in hand; 77" TV, sub, soundbar and rears. My tech, Elvis, handled getting me setup for delivery and installation. He also advised getting the membership, which I did, which would allow me to do price checking for 60 days. In just a few days the TV was advertised for $200 less and I was able to get a refund on my purchase. Installation went pretty smooth with some minor issues working with the Spectrum internet and a Google mesh, but the installers were able to work thru the issues. All-in-all it was a good experience.

I can't say enough good things about the Best Buy installation team headed up by John Gorzkowski and assisted by Adrian and Diego who came to my home and installed my new LG C4 OLED tv. In addition to the installation, they also reprogrammed my Savant master remote control unit to ensure complete functionality with my new tv and my existing home theater system which they had installed previously. John and his team are to be commended for being so professional and respectful of myself and my home during the entire installation process. They are first rate and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Thanks Best Buy!!

Zachary McKeown was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the differences between several TVs and soundbars, helped me find the perfect setup for my needs and budget, and made the whole process easy. Really appreciated his patience and expertise — highly recommend!

Matt did a great job pulling together all the items we needed. There were numerous delays with procuring the projector but he kept us up to date the whole time as things progressed. Great experience - I would definitely recommend

I have been working with Rosendo at the Magnolia department for the last two years as we have been remodeling our home. I would give more stars if we could. Joseph was the best at helping me design my new home theater system. He organized everything from California that was gonna get installed in Redmond Oregon. He picked out the best speakers for our new home. The whole job was done very well. Highly recommend Joseph for designing your home theater experience.

I needed to replace the tuner for an older sound system for my tv, cd player, blue ray player and built-in speakers (both inside and outside). I had done some reading and research but still wasn’t sure exactly what I needed to get everything up and running again. Ivan came to the house, examined my equipment and recommended a tuner that would do the job without draining my bank account! He also recommended I get professional installstion because I would need to be sure everything was balanced and would work together.

I can not go without recognizing Jordan Ponzoha, his expertize and experience bestowed toward purchasing my 77"tv and home theaters were at highest level. He helped me choose good qualities and promptly was able to acquire easy mode of payments while enjoying. Bill was absolutely fantastic. After struggling to book a consultation through Best Buy’s website, I decided to visit the home theater section at my local store. Fortunately, Bill noticed me and immediately offered his assistance. I had always wanted a Home Theater installed. The Best Buy Expert Consultant, Aaron, visited our home and made a thorough evaluation of our needs, wishes and requirements. Based on that, he recommended the appropriate UST projector, screen and the surrounded sound system. Aaron despatched his crack installation team to our house, once all the equipment was available. My wife and I were totally impressed with the professionalism and competence of Aaron's team. The home theater is a delight and exactly what we wanted. Thanks again, Aaron and team!
