We had lots of questions ranging from Internet ( mesh network, modems, routers, switches etc) to best 4K tv for multiple rooms. The rep had answers for everything from size and placement to detailed explanations of technology. Highly recommend this free service.

In-home consult was a convenient customer service experience. Kevin worked with us on options, measurements and promotions - all within the comfort of our home. Do wish my local store had a larger showroom, but the in-home consultation is a great asset for customers.
