Knew what I needed, but wasn't sure how it would work with other electronics in my new home. The Home Adviser, who came to my house was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was just awesome. .Got just what I needed. The techs who installed my equipment were fantastic, too.

good help with home theater but could've used more help on measuring TV to fit in the space. Had to spend a bunch of time changing TV support stand to get it to fit correctly in the TV credenza and was not told TV feet were adjustable.

We knew very little about setting up a home entertainment center. Michael recommended a very nice system. It took a little longer than we thought to get it delivered and set up but it was worth the wait. We were a little disappointed that the system does not worth with are Echo Smart Home system. I am not sure if we asked about this ahead of time.
