We were glad we took the time for an in-home consultation. The Best Buy associate gave us good advice on the size and quality of the large screen TV. He also suggested accessories that we needed to add and ones that we didn't need or ones that fit our viewing habits.

Everyone was very helpful and informative. Ended up with everything wanted at a great price.

The advisor did a fantastic job recommending equipment (TV and sound bar) that fit perfectly in the space we had available. He also recommended equipment (receiver, blue ray player, and universal remote) that really tied everything together perfectly!

The consultation was very helpful because it saved me a lot of time researching and trying to figure out what equipment I would need. Having Geek Squad is also super helpful because they set everything up perfect. I would not have been able to set up the TV and speakers myself.

Tristan Brown and Dave Kanak did an outstanding job in making recommendations and installing our in-home theater system, our wireless network, our Sonos system, and our outside speaker integrated Sonos system. I would hire them again in a heart beat.

Overall, my IHC came up with a plan that addressed multiple rooms and linked them together. Totally user friendly that my kids can use. My IHC has been accessible from the start and has followed up post installation which is pretty impressive.

The in home consultation provided opportunity to define the space and products to fit our kitchen dimensions. It lead to viewing options in the store and purchases. Then follow up after installation. Well worth it. Scott was Knowledgeable, considerate and easy to work with.

We needed help with a refrigerator and he had the measurements done for us and it all went well including the hook-up for the water.
