I had a 65” Oled LG with a glare problem. I wanted a bigger TV that solved that. Cayden recommended the one I bought. It’s great. I also had a internet that was slow in parts of the house. His solution worked great.

Very professional. Gave me lots of information regarding antenna’s and DVR’s and cutting the cord. With cable pricing going up; antenna’s, Roku sticks etc is just another option. We discussed cost of antenna’s etc

We had a new refrigerator installed and the old one removed. Both gentlemen were quick, efficient, and very professional. They were friendly and made sure to clean up any mess they had made. I was glad to get it done!

Mike Holtz was very helpful feeling our needs for a new TV and sound system. When he came to the house he was not in a hurry, talked to us and answered all of our questions.

Had an in home consultation for a home security system. Helped us determine which components to buy and helped in planning future upgrades. No pressure, just information. Even solved our internet issues by recommending a whole house internet system instead of a repeater.

My advisor Kevin was very knowledgeable. He was also very quick finding comparable products if one product I liked wouldn’t match or if I did fully 1000% like the suggestion given to me. Kevin was very patient and I appreciate his time and flexibility.

In hime consultant was knowledgeable with respect to the items tat need to be purchased. This however broke down with installation team. there seems to be little communication beteen the consultant and the installers. 1. TV was mounted in a picture frame but consultant did not tell us that the installers were unable to remove frame. Had to get a carpenter to remove frame. 2. in home consultant failed to measure the cabinet that the Tv was going in so we ended up with a TV that was too small. So we have two trips made by installers that were in some ways wasted. I fell that the in home consultant should have been able to spot these things. It seems like the installers and in home consultants need to coordinate better in the future. I thought that everyone one was courteous and respectful.

Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Really understood our complicated technology. Probably an unusually complicated situation in a very large home.

We really needed help on how to use our new Roku products and Chris and Daniello were a great help and really seemed to care about us. Thanks to them and Best Buy for such great service.

I needed a new computer. I contacted Hannah and told her what we would like. We wanted to upgrade from a desktop to a laptop. She suggested a very nice hp with a printer and a membership with Geek squad and an extended warranty at a great price.

My receiver all of a sudden went out. I reached out to my Best Buy Advisor for assistance. After discussing the various different options on receivers I made my choice based on the information I received. Very happy with my new receiver.

Joe came in and measured everything to make sure what I wanted would work. Had issue with the washer and dryer not fitting, due to laundry closet not being built to spect, so called Joe up and he found a new set that would work.

We had a challenging tv mount situation over a fireplace with multiple devices added, including wireless headphones, fire stick, and a new Sonos system. Hans and Glen were both very knowledgeable and professional throughout the installation process!
