Needed help with tv. Person was very thorough and Helpful. Very patient in explaining everything to me so that I understand what was going on what she was doing. Very nice to have somebody to depend on when I need help.

I needed to replace my built-in microwave and my consultant was most helpful and was able to make suggestions that met my needs. I will definitely use David again for my next home purchase.

While there was only one installer sent out, and the heavy duty tv mounts required two installers....and one of the two mounts were missing 2 nuts......my one installer was completely professional and did a great job.

Doug Draper was my in-home advisor. He did a terrific job-explaining all options to me, saving me from going to a busy store at a very busy time of the year. I would use this a gain and again. Best Buy made a good sale because of his knowledge and good attitude!

We had an in home consultation to get more information about our network. But your agent was able to assist us with a sound bar we had purchased and saved us quite a bit by recommending a different product. We will continue to us him as a resource for future purchases.

Best Buy Geek Squad far exceeded my expectations. I usually use our AV company to perform our installations. I figured I try GS. Very impressed and extremely satisfied.

My advisor Sean gave me some great ideas. He was very knowledgeable about the different products and heard me as I explained what I envisioned. However, after we purchased our equipment everything changed. Before the purchase I was told I should be able to have the install performed by the date I needed. Afterward I had to chase him down to get an update on installation only to be told that it would be a month later than I wanted. I cancelled the installation and paid someone to do it myself. After being told numerous times that I’d get a $200 refund I’m still waiting 3 months later. Sean was a great sales guy but I don’t think your model of having the sales guy do the transaction and coordinating works. It was obvious my level of importance fell off a cliff once the sale was made. And did I mention I’m still waiting on my $200 credit?

Have been researching cutting the cord and moving to streaming for two years but was still confused. Advisor explained all questions very simply. I bought all equipment needed and I scheduled the move the following week. Very happy so far.
