Tyler did a great job assisting us with our purchases of our home theater and Sonos entertainment system as well as our new refrigerator. His advice was helpful in the process and there was no pressure for any of the things we were considering and purchasing. The custom installation team, led by John, was generally very knowledgable and capable and always helpful and considerate in their approach. After a few bugs in the process, they eventually left us with an excellent installation. The refrigerator delivery team was also excellent.

Arthur was an amazing salesman and tech. When our speaker delivery was delayed from Europe for more than a month, he kept me updated on the status and even offered me a 10% discount for the delay. Would work with him 100% again.

We were in the framing stage of finishing our basement and the biggest area we wanted to make it a movie room with surround sound speakers in the wall and a nice big tv. I walked into best buy thinking i was just gonna buy a nice tv and pick whatever speakers and receiver and do it myself because 20 years ago i hooked my tv up to my stereo reciever and figured it was easy. Speaking with the guy at the store for a few minutes it felt like he was speaking a different language because i did not have any answers to his questions which made me quickly realize how little i know and this is why they have experts in this field. He said lets make an appointment for them to reach out to you. John was my expert and he reached out the next day. My schedule is hectic owning a small business but he was able to work with me right from the beginning to pick a day that worked. He came to my house and met me and my wife. He went to the area and took measurements then we went upstairs and he said what is your budget and what am i expecting basically but of course not like that. He recommended what speakers we should get, the subwoofer, receiver, and even the tv. I never knew there was so much to know about these things. He also gave a more affordable option and explained the differences between everything. It wasnt until a couple months later that we were ready to actually hook up everything because of delays with the remodeling but once everything went up we were very impressed with our setup. I would highly recommend john and would absolutely bring him back if we ever need his assistance again

My brother asked me to upgrade the televisions at his beach property. And I did! Thanks to the Best Buy Home Expert! A pleasure to work with! I really appreciated his help. He listened to my needs and put together an amazing package for me. I cannot say enough about what a positive experience it was working with everyone from Best Buy. The installation team were the greatest. They helped me make excellent choices on everything from location of TV’s - 4 of them. They were efficient and fast! I have had nothing but great results buying from Best Buy. I will always strongly suggest to my friends that if they’re looking for the best prices, choices, service they should go directly to Best Buy. I always use their website to research any product I’m looking for. I’ve never been disappointed by items I’ve purchased or the service I receive.

Fabulous job by the guys installing our new frame TV. They found solutions to a few problems and made suggestions and in the end it went smooth and they also saved us money.

We had a great experience working with Chris Pena and his team. Chris is very professional and helpful. He answered all our questions and was very accommodating. His team was equally good! His colleagues who took measurements for installation were amazing! They took perfect measurements for our cooktop installation. Mr. Warwick, who installed the cook top for us, was equally great. He was quick and professional! I’m impressed with the customer service of Best Buy. I would recommend them to all my friends & family!

I went to the store thinking I knew what I wanted. Mike came to assist & was courteous, respectful, & the incredible KNOWLEDGE this guy had was amazing. Never did he talk down to you or make you feel inferior. I’m still smiling because of everything he said & taught me was so helpful & I love the tv he helped me decide on. know when the budget allows for the grand tv on my bucket list, I will definitely seek out Mike for his appreciated support & suggestions. Hang on to this guy fellas, he’s EXACTLY the kind of employee you want to help your family & keep on the payroll (nowadays that’s tough for me to say). Don’t believe me? We were thrilled with the service we received from Norma and Sadie at Best Buy in Atwater. When we visited the store Sadie helped us narrow down the best options for a refrigerator and washer and dryer and talked us through everything. She was thorough and patient and so helpful. When we realized we may have an issue getting the washer and drying to fit in our laundry room, she arranged for Norma to come out for a free consultation so we could be sure our purchase would work out. Norma was just as helpful and made things super easy. She made sure we had all the info we needed and then helped us finalize our order at the store. The install team she sent out was great and overall we couldn't be happier with the service we received.

I had a lot of questions about the best way to maximize my space in a finished basement and decided to try Best Buy. I met Matt and immediately recognized his expertise in home theater. He knows more about home media than any person I’ve ever met. He gave great recommendations and, more importantly, he didn’t let me make a mistake. I had a completely different TV I was set to buy and he explained to me why a different option was a better fit for my needs; and he was 100% correct. Matt was very patient as it took about 2 months to go from initial conversation to purchase. He returned every email and the day I was ready to buy….he came in to the store on his day off! Anyone looking to invest in a home theater….talking to Matt is a “must have” conversation!

We needed help w choosing the right brand and size framed TV. Kevin and his team were very instrumental in helping us to make the best possible decision.

We needed help choosing the correct size TV for our living room. Casey not only did that but also helped us choose the perfect soundbar for our new TV as well as some new power strips with surge protector power strips, a really nice USB-C fast charging cable for my new iPad and the correct cables for the TV setup. We ended up purchasing a membership which was the same price as the delivery of the TV set - who knew? Casey had all the details, and we know he saved us because we were going to buy the wrong TV, the wrong size TV, and would have come home from the store without the cables and surge protector/power strip! Our old soundbar was horrible. We are so glad Casey helped us choose a much nicer one. We love our new one! It’s so relaxing to listen to it. Casey knows his “stuff”. Plus you know he loves his job. A real people person.

We needed help with our home theater as I just recently bought a really expensive and nice TV from Sony. The in-store sales rep was not very helpful and actually recommended a really bad product. We ended up having to return it. I didn't know what to do so I booked a free home consultation and anxiously waited for the rep to make it to my house. Javier was nothing but helpful and knowledgeable and was willing to answer every question honestly. I highly recommended him. I am in love with our sound system. We had family over for Christmas and they were in awe from the sound.

Matt was fabulous! His knowledge was most appreciated and if he didn't know something (rare) he'd get me the answer despite how many questions I'd ask. Top notch professional! He helped me choice what was right for MY room, my needs, and my budget.

We needed help with replacing our cooktop and exhaust System. Tried Home Depot and there is no such service as Home consulting in Home Depot. I bought the cooktop and home Depot sent installer and he could not install it. I had to return the cooktop. Then I called Best Buy Home consultant. Theo from Best Bury visited my home inspected my cooktop and Exhaust system and suggested the best replacement. He ordered the replacement Cooktop and Thor exaust system. Also gave a good discount due to Black Friday promotions. It is a very Happy Holiday present to our Family from Best Buy.

The team was efficient and did a nice job. Afterwards they cleaned up as well.

We worked with Mario last year in a home we were moving to and he helped select a couple excellent QLED TVs, a EERO mesh system, full-motion bracket on the larger TV and everything set up and installed. Fast forward to needing some of the similar in south Florida and Mario worked with the Florida Best Buy team to purchase the needed electronics and installation. So far, so good! We appreciate the knowledge that our consultant brought to selecting the best sound bar mounting arrangement and it made a big difference in the final configuration.

Brett did an excellent job. Brett is very flexible and friendly and understood customer needs. I ordered Samsung Microwave to install under the island. The measurement was correct and Brett ordered the right MW and Trim Kit. Scheduled with third party installer. The installer has too many appointments on that day and he did not complete the job. Microwave was installed not the Trip kit. He left as it is and left home and asking me to hire Carpenter to complete. It was a minor adjustment that he could do that on his own. He refused to do that. I am unable to use the microwave and no one at BestBuy is helping to complete the job. Called few time 1 800 numbers and I was told they don't have a schedule open to book it. Still waiting. By the way Geek Squad did an exceptional job for my 65 TV installation last week, Thanks to Geek Squad Eric. Prefer and recommend Geek Squad not third party installer.

I believe that when anyone is looking to spend their hard earned money to upgrade things in their home, the in-home consultation is definitely the way to go because doing this will give you all of the best choices that you could possibly need, especially if you have certain details of what you are looking for. I have to admit that right after my very first consultation, the experience made me want to upgrade other devices in my house, so right now it's only a mater of time before I make other purchases from Best Buy.
