I had always wanted a Home Theater installed. The Best Buy Expert Consultant, Aaron, visited our home and made a thorough evaluation of our needs, wishes and requirements. Based on that, he recommended the appropriate UST projector, screen and the surrounded sound system. Aaron despatched his crack installation team to our house, once all the equipment was available. My wife and I were totally impressed with the professionalism and competence of Aaron's team. The home theater is a delight and exactly what we wanted. Thanks again, Aaron and team! Best Buy should be proud of their teams!

Fabulous job by the guys installing our new frame TV. They found solutions to a few problems and made suggestions and in the end it went smooth and they also saved us money.

I had a lot of questions about the best way to maximize my space in a finished basement and decided to try Best Buy. I met Matt and immediately recognized his expertise in home theater. He knows more about home media than any person I’ve ever met. He gave great recommendations and, more importantly, he didn’t let me make a mistake. I had a completely different TV I was set to buy and he explained to me why a different option was a better fit for my needs; and he was 100% correct. Matt was very patient as it took about 2 months to go from initial conversation to purchase. He returned every email and the day I was ready to buy….he came in to the store on his day off! Anyone looking to invest in a home theater….talking to Matt is a “must have” conversation!

We had a great experience working with Chris Pena and his team. Chris is very professional and helpful. He answered all our questions and was very accommodating. His team was equally good! His colleagues who took measurements for installation were amazing! They took perfect measurements for our cooktop installation. Mr. Warwick, who installed the cook top for us, was equally great. He was quick and professional! I’m impressed with the customer service of Best Buy. I would recommend them to all my friends & family!

I went to the store thinking I knew what I wanted. Mike came to assist & was courteous, respectful, & the incredible KNOWLEDGE this guy had was amazing. Never did he talk down to you or make you feel inferior. I’m still smiling because of everything he said & taught me was so helpful & I love the tv he helped me decide on. know when the budget allows for the grand tv on my bucket list, I will definitely seek out Mike for his appreciated support & suggestions. Hang on to this guy fellas, he’s EXACTLY the kind of employee you want to help your family & keep on the payroll (nowadays that’s tough for me to say). Don’t believe me? We were thrilled with the service we received from Norma and Sadie at Best Buy in Atwater. When we visited the store Sadie helped us narrow down the best options for a refrigerator and washer and dryer and talked us through everything. She was thorough and patient and so helpful. When we realized we may have an issue getting the washer and drying to fit in our laundry room, she arranged for Norma to come out for a free consultation so we could be sure our purchase would work out. Norma was just as helpful and made things super easy. She made sure we had all the info we needed and then helped us finalize our order at the store. The install team she sent out was great and overall we couldn't be happier with the service we received.

We purchased a new house and needed help hooking up the sound system in our entire house from the basement, first floor, and second floor. I reached out to Connor at Best Buy and he was very responsive at getting back to me right away. I can't thank him enough along with Justin the project manager and Jeremy who came to do the installation along with another gentleman for all their hard work. They did an AMAZING job at getting the entire project completed and were very easy to communicate with. I would recommend them to anybody. There service and knowledge is incredible and give them a 10/10!

Chris is an amazing guy. Right from the first day we walked in to best buy, he guided us through all the possible options, configured us the best possibilities within our $$ range and got us the best deals. Over the course of next few months, he ensured we are in best hands, constantly monitoring deals and getting us the best possible savings. After installation, he was still on top of the game to resolve any questions/issues. He along with Rich (Tech Manager) are the best team to work with. I highly recommend this team and their services. Seth and his team were outstanding! From consultation through install they were highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They gave us a nice design and helped us select the right audio, visual and internet equipment for our space. They helped us get all our tech installed quickly and beautifully. They communicated well during the process. Seth went above and beyond, even meeting me in a snowsorm when other providers canceled. If you want expertise and don't want to figure it all out yourself call Seth.

Marvin Cabrera and Ron, his project manager, came to my home to look at my existing equipment and listen to my needs for new equipment. They were both very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. By the next day, I had a list of possible equipment choices with alternates. Marvin worked closely with me on throughout the order process. He was quick to return calls and emails. When the first TV didn't work out, he quickly assisted me in selecting another TV. He was a total joy to work with as were the installation team who came out to fine tune the system. Can't make a high enough recommendation!

Scott is a phenomenal person. From the start, he was always highly responsive. Any questions I had, he was able to answer them within a very timely manner. On top of that, he is extremely knowledgeable. We got one of the most beautiful entertainment systems because of him and couldn't be happier. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to a friend or use again if needed.

I want to thank Andrew for coming out to house to consult on TV mounting and his exceptional knowledge to select the right TV’s , mounting brackets and sound bars for each room was awesome. His feedback and recommendation was so great it made my selection of the products I needed easy. If you need a consult in this arena I highly recommend Andrew to be your guy. Matt was fabulous! His knowledge was most appreciated and if he didn't know something (rare) he'd get me the answer despite how many questions I'd ask. Top notch professional! He helped me choice what was right for MY room, my needs, and my budget.

We needed help choosing the correct size TV for our living room. Casey not only did that but also helped us choose the perfect soundbar for our new TV as well as some new power strips with surge protector power strips, a really nice USB-C fast charging cable for my new iPad and the correct cables for the TV setup. We ended up purchasing a membership which was the same price as the delivery of the TV set - who knew? Casey had all the details, and we know he saved us because we were going to buy the wrong TV, the wrong size TV, and would have come home from the store without the cables and surge protector/power strip! Our old soundbar was horrible. We are so glad Casey helped us choose a much nicer one. We love our new one! It’s so relaxing to listen to it. Casey knows his “stuff”. Plus you know he loves his job. A real people person.

We needed help with our home theater as I just recently bought a really expensive and nice TV from Sony. The in-store sales rep was not very helpful and actually recommended a really bad product. We ended up having to return it. I didn't know what to do so I booked a free home consultation and anxiously waited for the rep to make it to my house. Javier was nothing but helpful and knowledgeable and was willing to answer every question honestly. I highly recommended him. I am in love with our sound system. We had family over for Christmas and they were in awe from the sound.

We needed help with replacing our cooktop and exhaust System. Tried Home Depot and there is no such service as Home consulting in Home Depot. I bought the cooktop and home Depot sent installer and he could not install it. I had to return the cooktop. Then I called Best Buy Home consultant. Theo from Best Bury visited my home inspected my cooktop and Exhaust system and suggested the best replacement. He ordered the replacement Cooktop and Thor exaust system. Also gave a good discount due to Black Friday promotions. It is a very Happy Holiday present to our Family from Best Buy.
