During my home visit the advisor looked for appliances that matched a package I found at another store. However, I was told that I didn't qualify for the advertised Bestbuy gift card, when in fact I did. This was discovered when I went into the store to change my order for the range that was on backorder.

I really like the cameras as you can listen in via sound. The only thing I can say on the downside is when you zoom in it’s not very clear but, still at an outstanding product. Just what I needed for monitoring my elderly parents from three states away.

Rafael was extremely attentive and careful in installing a TV and 360 wall mount in the exact location (wasn’t easy!) and not leaving until all was working on the TV. Have been dealing with many technicians and can honestly say this is by far the BEST!

Alex went above and beyond and had some great ideas for me. He also listened to some of the obstacles I had and helped me work around those. I highly recommend him.

Service technicians were very knowledgeable and cordial. Remote control is a bad product. Much too complicated and slow to respond. Very difficult / complicated to control components. Difficult to turn ON components. Then very difficult to get them to turn OFF. Must return this controller.

My advisor answered all of my questions regarding the products that I had purchased. He actually walked me through what I needed to purchase from Best Buy and the installer actually arrived early to set everything up. It was a pleasant experience.
