Harold seems like a nice enough guy, but he’s done an absolutely terrible job. My install was supposed to completed June 1 and now it’s July 14 and—as of writing this—the install still isn’t finished. From communication, to the install, to the technology itself, Harold did a miserable job. The first projector didn’t have the correct focus to work at the distance Harold said it would. The second projector—more expensive than the first—isn’t compatible with the sound bar. There are cords still dangling down my wall from the ceiling. Harold at one point just stopped returning my calls. A month and a half later, I’m still waiting for the job to be finished. The last time we spoke was three or four weeks ago, and Harold called me Justin. My name isn’t Justin.

We had a difficult fit decision to make when shopping for our new TV and the in home consultation insured a perfect replacement. Our agent knew his products and he provided options for our project’s budget. We are very pleased with our final decision!

During the pandemic it was difficult to get our appliances decided on. Michelle help us by using FaceTime and making suggestions. She was difficult to reach when installation timing was required.

We had a built-in dishwasher installed. The installer did a great job and we were very pleased with his professionalism. Putting on the “booties” to protect our floor was much appreciated. Oh, and the GE Profile dishwasher works great!

Charlie is excellent he’s been helping me throughout the many years of his great service at Best Buy. I highly recommend and take any advice he’s 100percent!! Give him raise!!
