If this review is about William then I’d say he did a really good job. He was on time, listened to my concerns and addressed them. If this is about the first person who came out “Bianca” then I would say it was the poorest home consultation I’ve experienced with Best Buy

It is hard to automate your home when your 1 Gig Verizon Service is only delivering 80 MPS. Team immediately diagnosed the problem, and then offered up solutions. With the Mesh Network solved, we have moved on to home automation. Very pleased thus far.

my internet is not fast enough to show the doorbell camera in quickly enough to make t his useful at all. I suggested this would be a problem when my service cal was made, but I was told no problem, which of course, is not true.

There were three people who installed my double ovens. Because they no longer make the size of my old ovens, they had to shave my cabinets. They were very efficient, careful and cleaned up. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Chris Masterson was very helpful. The field team of Johann & Nick were also professional and got the job done. When I needed them to come back after the initial install, they were able to arrange a quick return and fixed the problem right away.

We had a very pleasant experience with our in home consultant. The process of choosing what to purchase right through to the installation went smoothly. We are very happy with how our system has been working.

Not sure which purchase this was directly related to as we have made several purchases in the last few months. But each consult has been great with excellent assistance through the whole process of the purchase and follow up.
