After almost a month using the Orbi WiFi router with 2 satellites it has been the greatest experience being online with moble phones, tablets, laptops, Alexa and smart tv's. No longer dead spots in the house.

I needed help adding sonos to my home. Everything started off great. We had a virtual consult and an offer/proposal within a day. After seeing the scope of the project we tabled it for a few months. When we were ready it took us going to a manager of our rep to get a response. We finally did and ordered speakers, and sound bars, and then some TV's. The rep helped us with the ordering. After that we had 3 TV's, 2 were bad out of the box, one of them with physical damage. We also had a couple mounts we didn't need. We have been trying to reach the rep for 2 weeks now to try and get the TV's swapped and return the mounts with no response. I think the service and concept is great when it's applied. But waiting this long for a simple response isn't ideal. Especially for future purchases this way.

I love my new 7.2 sound system suggest by BestBuy advisor. The sound is crisp and the setup is outstanding. I can't wait to get my television calibration so I cannrecieve the best picture. Thanks to Best buy I have an outstanding mancave.

They did a great job. We do seem to have a slight problem with the Fire Stick and the remote turning off the TV. They said they would ask their boss and get back to us but we still have not heard back????
