Not tech savvy at all, so sought out BestBuy to help with our IT needs in our new home. Our consultant was very patient and responsive to all our needs. Very impressed and will continue to go to BestBuy in the future.

The Home consultant is very knowledgeable, helpful in going out of the way to find the correct combination oven for our need and fit in with our budget.

Needed finishing touches on setting up ne 65 inch Bravia TV and consultant went through every setting making suggestions and changes for the better. Also installed Roku and two on-air antennas

I was really pleased that the consultant didn't push me to buy the most expensive components for my home theater; he listened as I described my goals, and suggested three great alternatives. He provided technical advice that turned out to be spot-on.

Installation and set-up of the WIFI equipment was preformed in a very professional manner. The technician checked for reception levels throughout our church to ensure we had picked a good spot to place the one module.

Very informative consultation and look forward to ultimately making the upgrades necessary. Unfortunately, at the time, the upgrades are beyond my current budget. However, we look forward in time to performing the upgrade.

I had 2 Arlo Pro 3 cameras installed overall they did a good job. 2 things I think would have made it great would be the following * Bring additional mounts with them for options of install (I would have been willing to pay for them) * Spend some time reviewing the system and how it operates

Rob was very patient, informative, courteous ans professional throughout the entire ordering / set-up process. He also managed to get us several upgrades to our living room theater set-up at a reasonable and affordable price. Great Job!

As in the past Keith Taylor was quick to return my call and helped me reschedule installation of my new modem, router, and television. Using his services has been a great time saver and help.
