had a rep from geek squad come to my residence and give me a quote on a home theater installation. was very well knowledge and helpful in letting me known what I needed for the project. I will have them install the speakers, projector, screen and set up the equipment.

The guy that came out originally to my home for a consultation was very nice, approachable and knowledgeable. My issue was with the guy that came to install. While he did do his job, he wasn’t very approachable and if I asked questions he answered them in a condescending way. I had 2 tvs mounted and one it was going to be an adjustment but he stated that he had to remove it and add a new mount and I was charged for it. That’s the only time he had dialogue with me was to charge me.

Home Expert was personable, patient, and knowledgeable in all aspects. I had no unanswered questions.

I was not not sure what I needed in terms of the size tv to math aesthetically to the size of my fireplace. The advisor was able to explain what would be the best size. He helped me to get the right smart tv at a good price.

Since the 4 burners of the cooktop are of 4 different sizes, it can accommodate all sizes of vessels. I replaced a 30 inch GE cooktop with this GE 30 inch cooktop. It fitted in very nicely without any additional alterations. I am very happy with it.

My outside streaming sound system didn’t have enough bass. Chad from the geek squad came by and with some technical support from the manufacturer wired it to get great bass sound through the system.

We asked for an in home consultation to make sure things go smoothly with our new TV mounting and installation, Mo was courteous and punctual, he answered all my questions and was extremely helpful in planning the work to be done so that we would have an easy time installing our TV and washer/dryer.
