I was pleased when I learned of Best Buy's free In-Home Consultation. I had many thoughts and ideas of what I would like to have in my home, and my Advisor had helpful suggestions for me to make wonderful and un-regrettable decisions.

It was informative however I had to call about the follow up when it stated he would contact. I asked a specific time for Geek Squad from him and he got the date but not the time do had to reschedule.

Sameer Mehra was a great in-home specialist. I vaguely knew what I wanted to do in my house. Sameer showed me the most effective way to accomplish the project. He was VERY helpful. In addition the Geek Squad installation guys also did a great job!

We needed help selecting a video doorbell. Jebb's suggestion worked out well for us. The installation went smoothly, the doorbell looks great and functions very well.

Refrigerator installment and measurements. Staffed are well coordinated and professional.They were on time and did a good and clean job.

We needed help installing and setting up our Sony Mini LED TV. Jonathan and Jesus were so professional, calm, efficient, patient and clean. It was a pleasure !!!

David came out to check that the refrigerator I wanted would fit. He gave me advice on other problems as well. I was actually surprised that Best Buy would do this service.

Great assistance in determining the right equipment for what we wanted to do. We've installed equipment at other homes but the experience with the In Home Consultation was by far the most thorough explanation of the equipment and installation.
