Ben DeVoll has been working with me over the past several years, ranging from kitchen appliances/Thermidor to Samsung 4K TVs and Sonos sound systems. We are extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and knowledge he possesses. . We are very comfortable in staying at Best Buy due to Ben’s professionalism and his team of experts, as it relates to installation and suggesting alternative methods of enjoyment regarding TVs and sound systems.. oh in the past, we’ve had minimal issues with callbacks, due to malfunctions in our operating systems been immediately assembled a team and takes care of us. For this reason, we will be recommending Best Buy for future projects..

What a great experience from beginning to end. We were looking into upsizing our television from a 52" to an 83" and just weren't sure it would fit our space. The amazing team members at the store explained the differences in the TV's we were looking at. We were also set up with an appointment with our consultation expert and all our worries went away. The tv was installed by a knowledgeable professional team who made sure everything was perfect before they left. Definitely would recommend this service.

The consultant was excellent. She asked for my interests and preferences for the potential purchase. There was no pressure to go forward with the purchase. She helped me finalize my order and delivery/install services. The installers called ahead and showed up on time. They informed me of what they would be doing, and asked my prefernce for placement. They offered to answer any questions i might have on the install, use and maintenance. They were quick and not messy. The experience was pretty good. I have bought a lot of stuff from Best Buy, but tjis is my first time buying an appliance here. Very pleased.

The consultant came to my home, practicing safe distancing and wearing a mask. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the available appliances. He completed the measurements and made recommendations for appliances as well as inviting me to come to the store to see the recommended appliances. He placed the order and informed me of the delivery date. I was so pleased with his excellent customer service and I’m loving my new appliances. I also must comment on the great customer service displayed by the delivery men, Juan and Miguel, who showed up on time and did the installation, cleaned up behind themselves and explained in detail how to operate the appliances. All of these guys worked hard to make this such a pleasant experience. I am very pleased with Best Buy and their service.

I really enjoyed working with Luke when purchasing some KEF speakers. He made a listening test easy, and he was accommodating with a price match. I will definitely work with Luke again when I am in the market for new hi-fi items.

The whole process was great. Alexander met me at my house, looked at our space, and told us exactly what we needed to know. He was able to provide the suggested measurement for the TV stand, and suggested the center channel speaker and subwoofer. When the install crew got there, they marked everything, then went over the placement with me. By the time they left, everything was hooked up and working. They then spent an additional 10 minutes with the family to let us know how to work the system. We did have to reschedule due to supply chain issues, but that isn't the fault of anyone at Best Buy. When the change happened they emailed way in advance, then told me the exact issues on the phone. Communication is all you can ask for, and they did a great job keeping us in the loop.

Overall, from start to finish the level of service I received from Best Buy and Daniel and the geek squad were top-notch! They help me choose a television that truly upgraded my living room, as well as a new Sonos Soundsystem. I did not feel pressured in anyway, and I highly recommend taking advantage of an in-home consultation because it really helped me feel comfortable choosing the right product for my set up and situation. I’m extremely happy and would recommend the process to anyone!

This is the 2nd time we used the in-home consultation. Last time was for new appliances as part of a home remodel. This time we (mostly me) wanted to upgrade our living room TV it an 77” OLED and wall mount it. My wife was sure about mounting it. Keshawn Was great and very knowledgeable. I was on the fence about the LG C1 or the Sony 80J, (I have a smaller C1 in the office and I’m happy with). He recommended the Sony and it is hands down the best TV I have ever owned. He went over what the geek squad installers can do and assured my wife that there would be 0 wires visible and even showed her some pictures of other projects. Keshawn also recommend all the necessary accessories for the install so there was no surprises on delivery and install day

We purchased a new house and needed help hooking up the sound system in our entire house from the basement, first floor, and second floor. I reached out to Connor at Best Buy and he was very responsive at getting back to me right away. I can't thank him enough along with Justin the project manager and Jeremy who came to do the installation along with another gentleman for all their hard work. They did an AMAZING job at getting the entire project completed and were very easy to communicate with. I would recommend them to anybody. There service and knowledge is incredible and give them a 10/10!

Jesse and Richard did a beautiful job in hiding all of the wires from 4 TV’s that they installed. Along with the four installations, when I saw that the 32” TV that they were about to mount on the wall, and that I thought it was too small, Jesse took the initiative to find a 50” Frame TV, to go pick it up for me, mount it, and complete a return for credit for the 32” TV. Jesse and Richard have restored my confidence in what the Geek Squad represents: an excellent job, with thoughtful and careful consideration of a home installation, and taking the initiative, going beyond my expectations! Ten Stars!

I'm up in age but I've been wanting a better entertainment look and sound. I was just not familiar with any of the new technology . Your Designer Daniel made it so easy for me with his expertise. I am very satisfied. Thank you Daniel and Best Buy

We contacted Best Buy asking for help in building our dream home theater. Our designer was very knowledgeable and helpful in identifying solutions to a range of different problems and helping us build our dream system. There were some smaller details that were missed in the scoping and requirements, however.

The experience of purchasing our kitchen appliances from Best Buy was fantastic. The customer service was great and they even came out of the house to make sure everything would work perfectly. We ordered a refrigerator, range, dishwasher and a microwave. All the installs went well except for the microwave. We spent a significant amount of money to get all new cabinets and when they came to install the microwave they absolutely destroyed the cabinet it was attached to. I cannot even express how bad the cut job in the cabinet was. I tried to get it replaced and finally gave up and purchased a new $800 cabinet myself. We did a complete remodel to our kitchen and I was not willing to have this one cabinet sticking out like a sore thumb. So my suggestion is to watch the installers carefully and make sure they do a good job. Once they're out the door your options are limited.

Chris is an amazing guy. Right from the first day we walked in to best buy, he guided us through all the possible options, configured us the best possibilities within our $$ range and got us the best deals. Over the course of next few months, he ensured we are in best hands, constantly monitoring deals and getting us the best possible savings. After installation, he was still on top of the game to resolve any questions/issues. He along with Rich (Tech Manager) are the best team to work with. I highly recommend this team and their services. What a great experience!! I am typing this from our new home theater. Eu-John was incredible to work with. We canceled a couple of home consolations. He is an absolute professional. We downed our budget and he came up with a great solution.

Marvin Cabrera and Ron, his project manager, came to my home to look at my existing equipment and listen to my needs for new equipment. They were both very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful. By the next day, I had a list of possible equipment choices with alternates. Marvin worked closely with me on throughout the order process. He was quick to return calls and emails. When the first TV didn't work out, he quickly assisted me in selecting another TV. He was a total joy to work with as were the installation team who came out to fine tune the system. Can't make a high enough recommendation!

Seth and his team were outstanding! From consultation through install they were highly skilled, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They gave us a nice design and helped us select the right audio, visual and internet equipment for our space. They helped us get all our tech installed quickly and beautifully. They communicated well during the process. Seth went above and beyond, even meeting me in a snowsorm when other providers canceled. If you want expertise and don't want to figure it all out yourself call Seth.

Matt and his team of installers for our hood system was PERFECT! My first inclination was, WOW, this is expensive for a hood system when other places sell them for a 1/3 of the price. Well, ours was not a normal system that needed to be installed and Matt was upfront about the cost. But once it was installed and seeing how it works in our house. Matt was spot one! Kyle and his associate (sorry I forget his name) did such a professional job...well let me say, it was WORTH EVERY PENNY! I would have never thought to go to Best Buy for a hood system, but after the GM there explained that they can do custom work, well the rest is history. We get compliments all the time. It was the finishing piece for our kitchen remodel. Thank you again!

I came into Best Buy looking for lights and started off with Fletcher. He was helpful and knowledgeable and highly recommended Greg to come give me a home consultation. It was all that I ever needed and didn’t realize that I did! Greg was professional and really tailored his suggestions to what made sense for my situation. I felt listened to and I appreciated his feedback- I even took his advice and bought everything he recommended! #noregrets! He was able to complete my order all within my living room- making everything super easy! I can’t recommend this service enough! Kudos to Greg and everyone at Beat Buy for making my experience impeccable from start to finish!
