The Geeks installed our new TV in a friendly and expeditious manner!

I had a consultation about an in home audio system that was installed in my home. I received some good advice and ideas on how to get my system working again. The consultant also helped me figure the installer and manufacturer of the system.

Nice guys, high knowledge level and provided good advice. They got to the point and the result was a product that I like and will enjoy.

Our advisors spent a lot of time reviewing the best options for us based on tv location and the amount of light entering the room. Something we wouldn’t have considered. They were courteous and answered all our questions.

Santiago was very knowledgeable and helpful in making our decisions as to what would work best in our home. Highly recommended.

We asked for an advisor to come out and BB sent one. He was great. I am a semi-educated home theater guy, but needed some help positioning and selecting equipment. Ended up buying a higher-end Marantz amp based on his suggestions, adding to our order for a 85" 4K TV and a variety of other items. Great experience!

The consultation went fine, but after installation I am having problems w/no resolution and has been 3 wks and have left vm f/Josh. Supposedly they were supposed to come back out, but have not heard from anyone.

Grant came over and was very friendly. No high pressure sales pitch. He told me what I needed to know. Educated me on what wouldn't work in my home. Grant also put together a propsal and met with me a couple of times to get exactly what I wanted.

We were initially worried that our small house with weird stairs would be an issue. The Squad set those fears aside and recommended a great set of laundry machines at a great price. Everything else went smoothly after and we are very grateful.

We needed help with deciding how to move forward with our home theater project and it was great to have someone come out and answer questions

The in-home consult was easy and informative. Rick was great at explaining what we needed and making offerings for products. He did not try to over sell and the product we selected (Google Wifi) works perfectly to get the range we need for the 3 levels in our home.

Dave did amazing, talked about every option that was a good fit for me. Never pressured me and was fully knowledgeable. Only thing was my order didn't process several times, but that was not his fault and he kept at it until it did! He did a fantastic job.

Charles Beck (Chuck), consultant saw where my existing TV is. He was quick and efficient. Measured to ensure that the TV and new sound bar will fit, and they do! New TV is to be installed 6/30/21.

My old Vizio sound bar would not connect to new Sony TV so the members of the Geek Squad suggested a Polk sound bar . Thankfully, 1 was available on truck. Sounds better!!

I wanted to check out the wife in my apartment, which turned out to be fine. But while he was here, my consultant easily took care of problems I was having with my iPhone and iPad!

The home expert gave me good advice and helped me pick the right washing machine for my space and budget.
