The process of getting the appointment needs to be easier. Hwen it happed it bridged the problem that store displays are just not the same as most houses. Having someone help where needed to put cameras helped make decisions on which ones would work best.

Moved into a new house and wasn't quite sure what to do. Definitely felt as if the in-home consultant was working for me, not Best Buy. The consultant truly had my best interest in mind. Made suggestions that were reasonable and affordable.

I went to the best buy store and met the consultant. He helped me pick out a new television. Then a home delivery and installation was scheduled.
