We were very pleased with the service of an in-home advisor to set up our media space. Consultant discussed multiple options, reviewed the equipment we already had and advised us on what to add to make our media room top notch. Great experience!

We needed help with s ground up home theater project. Omar and Chris (from the New Lenox store) were very helpful and provided guidance and knowledge without hard-sell tactics.

Great camera for any level, the consultant came to our home, we discussed our needs and how to make it happen. The gentleman made his recommendations gave us a quote and sent a really nice knowledge young man to install the chosen products. Easy, and protected.

Did an excellent job planning and adding on to our plan. Exactly what I wanted. The only issue was a piece he didn't order, that I had to drive to Best buy that day to make it all work. I wouldn't have an issue if he had called to talk with me about it. But no word from him.

I was pleased. I would have just wanted advice to update to fios fiberoptics cable which i did. However i do know that there is no cable and you are starting to install in the telephone poles with a 5mile radius. When is that available in my area? How much is that? What is intailed?

The recommendations from the in-home consultation associate was spot on as I look to develop a smart home. Additionally, I received feedback that I was not expecting related to my internet connection. All in all, well worth my time as well as Best Buy’s time.

Great picture and sound system install by geek squad .installer was very prompt and knowledgeable. He came back out 3 days later when controller needed reprogramming and retaight is on remote . When we decided on a 75 inch had to replace a 55 inch the magnolia advisor came to the house and determined the best fit and sound system for the room

David has always been a very knowledgeable guy on appliances & tech. He did an excellent job in recommendations on TV sound systems & new internet router

I purchased a new 65" Sony OLED. Barry & Frank from the Geek Squad were awesome. Very helpful and patient with the installation and set up!!

I needed to update my 25 year old home theater. The consultant was very good at listening to what I wanted to accomplish. He was very knowledgeable and helped me select the right products to update my system. The system has been installed and I am enjoying it immensely.

Mr.Keswick Durden was great. He was honest and not pushy at all; I ask a lot of questions and he patiently answered all of them in a kindly manner. Highly recommend this gentleman.
