The representative was very friendly, professional, detailed and efficient. He provided us with excellent information options and made professional suggestions based on equipment available to us.

I wasn’t sure what to expect or what to do in my home. It’s a great idea to have a specialist come in and match your needs with your wants. Installers were great but there were some hiccups. Some things were left of my order and it ended up costing me more money than I planned for. However, I’m proud of the finished product.

Originally wanted a projector and screen, had the Best Buy consultant come to my home and ended up with a new 82 inch tv instead. Love the picture and quality. The in home consultation is a great free option if you’re not sure what you want or need.

Came in and helped us determine what size electric cooktop would fit in the opening of our old broken unit. Also discussed features and options for cooktops that we hadn't thought of. Really appreciated that there was no pressure to buy anything!

In-home consultation is a great product. We have used it before and it was a huge help in product selection and installation. Having this service be free was a bonus.

The technical, installation with the geek squad team was excellent. The in-home Advisor was poor. He took over a week to return an email/phone calll. Then when he finally sent the proposal, he made errors in it and then more errors in setting up my delivery. It took nearly a month before I could get my 3 security cameras installed.

Under the circumstances (quarantine) the service was very good. Omar was patient and helpful during the consultation and several follow up questions after that. The products were delivered as promised and work like a charm

Geek Squad rep visited our home to talk about Arlo cameras and our Wi-Fi network. He spent about an hour offering advice on how to efficiently set up cameras and have the best Wi-Fi signals. His advice costs us nothing and saved us money. We were so pleased!
