This is the 2nd time we used the in-home consultation. Last time was for new appliances as part of a home remodel. This time we (mostly me) wanted to upgrade our living room TV it an 77” OLED and wall mount it. My wife was sure about mounting it. Keshawn Was great and very knowledgeable. I was on the fence about the LG C1 or the Sony 80J, (I have a smaller C1 in the office and I’m happy with). He recommended the Sony and it is hands down the best TV I have ever owned. He went over what the geek squad installers can do and assured my wife that there would be 0 wires visible and even showed her some pictures of other projects. Keshawn also recommend all the necessary accessories for the install so there was no surprises on delivery and install day

The experience of purchasing our kitchen appliances from Best Buy was fantastic. The customer service was great and they even came out of the house to make sure everything would work perfectly. We ordered a refrigerator, range, dishwasher and a microwave. All the installs went well except for the microwave. We spent a significant amount of money to get all new cabinets and when they came to install the microwave they absolutely destroyed the cabinet it was attached to. I cannot even express how bad the cut job in the cabinet was. I tried to get it replaced and finally gave up and purchased a new $800 cabinet myself. We did a complete remodel to our kitchen and I was not willing to have this one cabinet sticking out like a sore thumb. So my suggestion is to watch the installers carefully and make sure they do a good job. Once they're out the door your options are limited.

Stephon is THE go to consultant for me for my high end audio purchases. He friendly, responsive and above all eager to help you out. I have already bought three McIntosh components feom him and will continue to reach out to him for my future requirements. Highly recommended

Joe Stark was very helpful in guiding us for a new TV and total simplification of our amps, speakers and other parts of our system. We even did an exchange for a larger TV and he was very nice and helpful.

Jeff was great to work with. Personable, knowledgeable and on the ball with communication. I bought a Sony Bravia 77" TV, Sony Quad sound system, Eero internet system, and a Nordic Track Airglide 14i (pictured). Installation teams were great also on all products.

Luke is honest and low pressure. Just tell him what you want and he won’t lie to you,if you don’t ask for Luke when you get to Best Buy in Richfield good luck finding a better salesman than him you’d be wasting your time

I came into Best Buy looking for lights and started off with Fletcher. He was helpful and knowledgeable and highly recommended Greg to come give me a home consultation. It was all that I ever needed and didn’t realize that I did! Greg was professional and really tailored his suggestions to what made sense for my situation. I felt listened to and I appreciated his feedback- I even took his advice and bought everything he recommended! #noregrets! He was able to complete my order all within my living room- making everything super easy! I can’t recommend this service enough! Kudos to Greg and everyone at Beat Buy for making my experience impeccable from start to finish!

Matt and his team of installers for our hood system was PERFECT! My first inclination was, WOW, this is expensive for a hood system when other places sell them for a 1/3 of the price. Well, ours was not a normal system that needed to be installed and Matt was upfront about the cost. But once it was installed and seeing how it works in our house. Matt was spot one! Kyle and his associate (sorry I forget his name) did such a professional job...well let me say, it was WORTH EVERY PENNY! I would have never thought to go to Best Buy for a hood system, but after the GM there explained that they can do custom work, well the rest is history. We get compliments all the time. It was the finishing piece for our kitchen remodel. Thank you again!

Scott has been awesome to work with throughout the entire process. We had a new home build so bought our appliances in Summer of 2023 but was not able to accept installation until 2Q 2024. We stayed in contact over the months and I referred two friends to Scott during that time. One another new construction and the second a full kitchen replacement. I highly recommend Scottt.

We worked with Jason P and he was AMAZING!! He answered all of our questions, had a huge knowledge base to help us pick exactly what we needed to meet our personal needs and provided exceptional customer service. He helped us when there were issues with delivery and insured that everything went smoothly. I can't recommend working with him enough!!! I got my dream kitchen because we worked with him and I'll forever be thankful for his help and guidance.

Craig went above and beyond making recommendations on the tv i was looking at and the sound bar and setting everything up for install and after the install didn't go the way i though it should I reach out to me and told him about the issues I have and he went above and beyond to get another installer out to make things right and the crew he sent out was awesome and was able to fix everything and got everything working as it should be.

I originally had a geek squad crew out to install home theater speakers and unfortunately, we determined that my ceiling wouldn’t hold the setup I wanted. I had an existing Sonos sound bar I really liked but the tv wouldn’t output Atmos because it didn’t have eARC. Zac helped me pick a tv that had the output I needed and drove about 40 minutes out of town to go pick it up for me. The next week he and Mark came out, shuffled several TVs around the house and mounted our new living room set. These dudes did a great job, they were friendly and professional and I’ll be calling them back directly when I’m ready to make my next big purchase.

We had to fix 75" TV to the wall and setup sound bar, run some cables so it's clean. Best Buy Cypress Geak Squad team lead by Shawn did a fabulous job. I was actually at work. With very little inputs from my side, they were able to come up with suggestions and did an awesome job. Super attitude, very friendly and very humble. They kept insisting that we ask questions and were open to set things up how we wanted it. I also want to thank Jai and Charlie guiding me to select an awesome TV and sound bar. It can get very complicated with too many choices so they helped filter the choices based on budget, amount of light in the room, purpose (like gaming) and other factors. This is our GoTo place always!!

I needed help figuring out a new setup for our basement to surprise my husband for his birthday. Matt was amazing from start to finish. I was able to send him pictures of our current setup and he was able to put together a fantastic package with a top of the line TV, receiver, speakers, remote and all of the necessary equipment while sticking with my budget. He was in communication frequently and scheduled and checked on our satisfaction with the service. I was so impressed and will be sure to contact him again for our tech needs. He is friendly, professional, and really knows his stuff!! A wealth of knowledge which really helped someone like me who knows nothing about technology. We couldn’t be happier with our setup. I was looking to add a TV and soundbar to a bedroom in a new home and my consultant Dominic was amazing! He made recommendations based on what I wanted out of my tech and the experience I wanted to enjoy in the space. I look forward to working directly with him on future projects around the home.

Kyle was absolutely wonderful. We had 55” LG for over 12 years and suddenly the center of the screen went black and after a few minutes the entire picture went black. The TV is located in a sunroom with windows on three sides. We were interested in a Sony but Kyle stated that Samsung would be a better fit because of the anti- glare screen. We also wanted a high color resolution and the Samsung has delivered on that aspect. Kyle knows what he is talking about. Great Job. Thank you.

We have used Best Buy Gulfport Ms. for many years now for all our purchases. The staff has always been extremely helpful with any questions I may have. Having Beau come to our home for recommendations and measuring was a plus. Dustin & his new helper were very professional, they had a challenge with where the appliances were coming in. But they made it happen, don’t forget to show them some “Southern Hospitality” and make them some lemonade. We have some DIY backsplash work to get busy work on. But over all we’re very pleased with our LG appliances. Thank you to the crew!

We needed help picking out a home theater system. We couldn't have done this process on our own. Our consultant helped throughout our entire process and did a follow up making sure we were taken care of. We had great communications. We are 100% satisfied. The Geek Squad technicians were great was well. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend working with Best Buy when it comes to home theater systems.

Great service. The guys set us up, mounted the new tv perfectly, set up the old one upstairs for us. Hooked everything up and explained it all in terms that I could understand.
