Sean and his installation team including Tom, Kevin, and Zem were all super professional and easy to work with. They cleaned up very well and managed my cables exceptionally. I will be requesting this team specifically if I have any future projects.

The rep called and walked me through a virtual process and was able to help me determine if the tv I wanted to purchase would fit and would qualify for install and also moving my existing tv into a new room. They did a great job and everything sorted out perfectly.

I originally had a geek squad crew out to install home theater speakers and unfortunately, we determined that my ceiling wouldn’t hold the setup I wanted. I had an existing Sonos sound bar I really liked but the tv wouldn’t output Atmos because it didn’t have eARC. Zac helped me pick a tv that had the output I needed and drove about 40 minutes out of town to go pick it up for me. The next week he and Mark came out, shuffled several TVs around the house and mounted our new living room set. These dudes did a great job, they were friendly and professional and I’ll be calling them back directly when I’m ready to make my next big purchase.

Jeff was great to work with. Personable, knowledgeable and on the ball with communication. I bought a Sony Bravia 77" TV, Sony Quad sound system, Eero internet system, and a Nordic Track Airglide 14i (pictured). Installation teams were great also on all products.

Craig went above and beyond making recommendations on the tv i was looking at and the sound bar and setting everything up for install and after the install didn't go the way i though it should I reach out to me and told him about the issues I have and he went above and beyond to get another installer out to make things right and the crew he sent out was awesome and was able to fix everything and got everything working as it should be.

I needed help figuring out a new setup for our basement to surprise my husband for his birthday. Matt was amazing from start to finish. I was able to send him pictures of our current setup and he was able to put together a fantastic package with a top of the line TV, receiver, speakers, remote and all of the necessary equipment while sticking with my budget. He was in communication frequently and scheduled and checked on our satisfaction with the service. I was so impressed and will be sure to contact him again for our tech needs. He is friendly, professional, and really knows his stuff!! A wealth of knowledge which really helped someone like me who knows nothing about technology. We couldn’t be happier with our setup. Scott has been awesome to work with throughout the entire process. We had a new home build so bought our appliances in Summer of 2023 but was not able to accept installation until 2Q 2024. We stayed in contact over the months and I referred two friends to Scott during that time. One another new construction and the second a full kitchen replacement. I highly recommend Scottt.

We had to fix 75" TV to the wall and setup sound bar, run some cables so it's clean. Best Buy Cypress Geak Squad team lead by Shawn did a fabulous job. I was actually at work. With very little inputs from my side, they were able to come up with suggestions and did an awesome job. Super attitude, very friendly and very humble. They kept insisting that we ask questions and were open to set things up how we wanted it. I also want to thank Jai and Charlie guiding me to select an awesome TV and sound bar. It can get very complicated with too many choices so they helped filter the choices based on budget, amount of light in the room, purpose (like gaming) and other factors. This is our GoTo place always!!

I want to thank Andrew for coming out to house to consult on TV mounting and his exceptional knowledge to select the right TV’s , mounting brackets and sound bars for each room was awesome. His feedback and recommendation was so great it made my selection of the products I needed easy. If you need a consult in this arena I highly recommend Andrew to be your guy. Joe Stark was very helpful in guiding us for a new TV and total simplification of our amps, speakers and other parts of our system. We even did an exchange for a larger TV and he was very nice and helpful.

Luke is honest and low pressure. Just tell him what you want and he won’t lie to you,if you don’t ask for Luke when you get to Best Buy in Richfield good luck finding a better salesman than him you’d be wasting your time

Scott is a phenomenal person. From the start, he was always highly responsive. Any questions I had, he was able to answer them within a very timely manner. On top of that, he is extremely knowledgeable. We got one of the most beautiful entertainment systems because of him and couldn't be happier. 10/10 would absolutely recommend to a friend or use again if needed.

The whole team was icredible to work with you. From the initial store visit and design, to the home conultation, and to the actual installment went very well. there was one issue that was habndled immediately by Jason.

We have used Best Buy Gulfport Ms. for many years now for all our purchases. The staff has always been extremely helpful with any questions I may have. Having Beau come to our home for recommendations and measuring was a plus. Dustin & his new helper were very professional, they had a challenge with where the appliances were coming in. But they made it happen, don’t forget to show them some “Southern Hospitality” and make them some lemonade. We have some DIY backsplash work to get busy work on. But over all we’re very pleased with our LG appliances. Thank you to the crew!

Kyle was absolutely wonderful. We had 55” LG for over 12 years and suddenly the center of the screen went black and after a few minutes the entire picture went black. The TV is located in a sunroom with windows on three sides. We were interested in a Sony but Kyle stated that Samsung would be a better fit because of the anti- glare screen. We also wanted a high color resolution and the Samsung has delivered on that aspect. Kyle knows what he is talking about. Great Job. Thank you.

We had a lightning strike destroy most of our electronics. Chris and the other Magnolia representatives were most helpful over multiple visits to the store, while I determined what all needed replaced, and what to replace it with. Chris went the extra mile by going through Best Buy records and printing all my purchases of the items that got destroyed. He then printed out a quote for the most comparable replacement items. This gave me all the information I needed to deal with the insurance company. I was set up for a home installation for most of the replacement items, and I’m now enjoying a house full of properly setup electronics. Thanks to everyone involved!

We were upgrading our current home theater system and we are very happy with the outcome. It included a new larger screen, a new high tech laser projector and all of the latest speakers and components to make it all look and sound amazing. Just like we’re in a theater! Our consultant, Darren, was very friendly and knowledgeable and was always quick to reply to any question and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering him. Also our installer, David, was very friendly and efficient and did a great job! I would highly recommend Best Buy and these two gentlemen.
