Glen walked us through the process of mounting a 60” TV in living room. He did a great job picking the correct mount bracket and scheduled the installation that went great.

Miguel was super attentive and quick! We gave him the guidelines of what we wanted and he found our perfect match. Even saved us money!

I went to the store & explained what I wanted, the salesman wanted to send someone to my new home so I agreed. When they arrived we spoke of the TV & sound I wanted as well as a fireplace & a pair of NEST thermostats. I later recieved a estimate nearly twice what i wanted to pay & there was ZERO mention of the 2 NEST or Fireplace link I was supposed to get. I declined but explained and then was given a 2nd extimate $3K less for the same thing. I went to the store & advised what i wanted & they sold it to me with deliver and install. When the time came, they didnt even show up & I had to find out why. It appears "THEY" forgot to charge me $500 labor, so after 2 no shows & me going to the store I FIND THIS OUT BECAUSE NO ONE TOLD ME, i paid the $500 because it made sense however waited a MONTH to get it done. HORRIFIC SERVICE!

Consultant was great. Estimate was pretty much what I expected. I wish she would’ve walked me through the OLED TV’s as an option. When I went into the store to finalize the order and pay the Magnolia folks talked me into one.

Josh was able to quickly locate the problem with my printer not connecting with the laptop and even told me how to fix the problem if it came up again. He explained it simple enough that I understood it.

I returned from vacation and found my TV had no sound. So I called my home advisor immediately, told her what I was looking for and she told me she would do the research and send me some options. Within 3 days I had my new tv

We had no idea how to update our router etc and the consultant walked us through every step and we ended up spending LESS and getting MORE!!! Arguably the BEST transaction we’ve made in 20+ years as a Reward Zone Gold member!
