They were very efficient but seemed more "in a hurry" than I felt necessary. When dealing with senior citizens (we are in our 70's) they need to be more in tune with the customer's goals. Ask more questions, assume less knowledge!

Jeff was very professional in explaining what needed to be done and the suggestions for wiring the outside speakers was exactly what was needed to get the perfect sound. Really appreciated his advise and service.

I needed a new microwave above my stove and didn’t know what size to get so the consultation was easy and I was able to order and schedule installation of a new one vey quickly.

We needed Harmony remote set up. The Geek Squad representative did a good job of that a, but we still can’t get the phone to airplay to the TV through AppleTV. He got it to work, but I can’t. The remote setup was done very well.

John did an excellent job of pointing out what I need and how to best go about fixing my wi-fi problem. Unfortunately I have not been able to address it yet due to Family issues but plan to soon.

We got a consultation about our 85 Samsung top of the line tv. The geek squad guys, walked us right through all the issues ( that were mostly user error) And got us back up and running in no time at all.

Joseph my in home consultant. He was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted and gave me many options. He made me feel comfortable about my purchase. I highly recommend this service and definitely would use it again.

We were very happy to find out Best Buy had in home consultation. It is very hard to explain our situation to a sales person without seeing it.
