We built a new house and wanted to size the tv and sound system for the great room. He recommended the size, and products to choose from and we are extremely happy with his recommendations.

Rear speakers not available on scheduled day of installation. Date already set for Home entertaining so we had no flexibility in changing installation date. Advisor personally drove around town to acquire speakers and deliver them to our home.

Bought a 65in Samsung smart tv with sound bar and Best Buy extended warranty and total tech service. Transaction and setup went very smooth. I was able to cut the cord with cable and setup my other 2 tvs with an antenna.

Sam Hernandez provided my in home consultations. He came several times to discuss my options, answer my questions, measure existing space and provide information. He was patient and professional as was his installer. I love my new appliances.

We needed help hanging our 85' TV as well as a second TV. Along with setting up Sonos sound system. The technician and his apprentice were helpful in getting tv's mounted and setting up Sonos, but did not do a very good job of cleaning up after themselves or helping us navigate the new sonos app and how it works. We had to figure some of that out on our own.

The squad ran some cable and internet wiring through attic and also mounted our Samsung Frame television to our stone fireplace. They really took the utmost care and did a great job with everything.

The consultant that came was really helpful gave us options of what double oven we can get and what needed to be done to install it to the size needed to needing to change from gas to electric. Overall satisfied with the service.
