We needed help picking out a home theater system. We couldn't have done this process on our own. Our consultant helped throughout our entire process and did a follow up making sure we were taken care of. We had great communications. We are 100% satisfied. The Geek Squad technicians were great was well. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend working with Best Buy when it comes to home theater systems.

I was looking to add a TV and soundbar to a bedroom in a new home and my consultant Dominic was amazing! He made recommendations based on what I wanted out of my tech and the experience I wanted to enjoy in the space. I look forward to working directly with him on future projects around the home.

We purchased a new GE Profile front load washer/dryer from Scott at Best Buy. The financing customer service provided by Scott was excellent. The continued communication provided by him the corporate center as well as Corporate distribution service and third party delivery was excellent. We were so impressed and after suffering through terrible experiences with Home Depot and Lowes it was a breath of fresh air in comparison to work with Best Buy. We love the washer dryer as well as our Bosch dishwasher purchased previously through Best Buy.

Right from the start, everyone involved in the installation of the televisions was very professional. They listened to my concerns and my ideals. There was no pressure from the sales associate to upgrade my televisions. I definitely give it a five out of five experience and would definitely do it again.

Daniel closed the deal on our LG 25.5 counter depth refrigerator. Particularly impressed with his patience as I had to face time with my wife to decide between three different refrigerators. Daniel answered all our questions and was a great help in deciding! Delivery went as scheduled and CJ and Ben were super. Very deliberate taking door and corner turn measurements to avoid any wall damage. Cordial and professional at all times. Thank you, Best Buy team!

Quinn was a fantastic salesman. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He was pleasant from research through after delivery. I love my new LG kitchen appliances. We went to all the major stores, but Best Buy and Quinn had the best bang for my buck and customer service. I recommend the store and salesman to family, friends, and strangers.

Brad done an excellent job. He was the only person to show my wife any respect when she was shopping for our appliances. Lowe’s and Home Depot wouldn’t even pay her any attention, nor could they answer her questions. We had multiple screw up on the third party contractor that Best Buy uses, but Brad took care of me and kept everything calm. Brad is a man of his word. The only negative, and it isn’t Brad’s fault, was the third party contractors are awful. They don’t care, they make messes and do not clean them up.

My husband and I were not sure what we wanted or needed for our home and we had Josh come out and he was able to guide us perfectly with what we needed. He was so helpful and we didn’t feel pressured at all. He was so knowledgeable and helpful with every aspect of our home theater needs. When we need to expand to our outdoor entertainment, we will definitely be calling Josh again!

Randee, was extremely helpful with our new refrigerator. She explain to us All the details , about the product. She also came by to our home. to make sure the refrigerator fitted in our space. We called & visited her several times at the store. When the refrigerator did arrive. Randee made sure the delivery went smoothly as possible. We highly recommend Randee very highly.

Just wanted to say Charles was actually very helpful and he took his time to show me several speakers until I found the right pair , which I fell in love with after listening to them in the sound room. we talked about different music genres and was very receptive to any questions I had. Once again thank you Charles I really enjoy the Martin Logans !!!

Justin was very helpful during our consultation with him. He came to our house to assess our requests and helped set up 3 TVs to be mounted. Justin also helped choose the right tech and hardware for our home, went above and beyond to pick up/drop off our equipment. Our installer John and his assistant did an amazing job mounting 3 TVs and keeping the wires hidden. They also installed two sound bars. We recommend them to anyone who wants TVs mounted perfectly.

After purchasing our items, our installers, not Best Buy but sub contractors, didn't perform well and completely confused us. After going back into the store and speaking with another salesperson, he suggested making an appointment with a consultant, at no cost. Nick made all of this come together smoothly and professionally. Installation was a breeze and everything was thoroughly explained. End result, a great experience. Any job requiring advice and professionalism, these guys have the solution.

We were looking for new tv and possible sound system. The best buy designer J.D. was very knowledgeable and walked was through answering all questions.

Robert was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He provided what felt like honest feedback/advice and I never felt pressured to purchase X or upsell to Y. On multiple trips, he dedicated 1:1 time for my questions, to test different speakers, and to make sure I had what I needed to make informed decisions about my more immediate home theater plans. I ended up purchasing a B&W HTM71 S2 center channel speaker through him. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and experience and would work with Robert again for my future upgrades.

I needed help finding a gas range with specs that fit my side clearances and depth. Alisha was brilliant! She helped me locate a handsome stove that I absolutely love and made the entire process seamless for me. My new appliance arrived quickly and was professionally and courteously installed. I couldn’t be happier.

washer dryer tower. tight space. unhelpful delivery team from a 3rd party Best Buy contracts with. Fernando helped find a qualified motivated delivery guys and the job was done with zero problems, finally! Fernando was creative, unflappable and persistent to get the job done.

Brittany went above and beyond to help with my order of Samsung appliances and coordinating difficult changes to the order and the scheduling of the deliveries. Her friendly attitude and superior customer service were what Best Buy should want every employee to possess. I will return to this store for future purchases because of this. It is hard to find hard working individuals in this Post-Covid work environment. She is an asset to your company.

We have now had 2 of our televisions replaced and installed with Linsey's help and guidance. She answered all of my questions regarding the products and services available and then walked me through her recommendations which were outstanding. Linsey has exceeded my expectations with her professionalism, friendliness, and product knowledge. I'm not sure I'll ever be able to plan a project without her in the future! She is always very responsive as well. Having someone that stays in touch and replies quickly was important and I've never been disappointed by the service I've gotten. It has been excellent!

Rey was instrumental along with the in-store salesman in helping and guiding us towards what we wanted. He was able to use his knowledge and know-how to search for the items and find a good balance of our needs & wants. We were also going to purchase other appliances elsewhere & both gentleman helped navigate us towards good deals and saved us some hassle with multiple store purchases and good deals. Jeff the installer also did a great job and I didn't have to lay a finger for the install (sans running speaker wire), except to work the remotes. Very pleased with the entire experience.

Installation was well done and technician was extremely helpful with setup of apps and all of the different logins and updates. 98”tv with new bracket was up and running Ning within 30 minutes.
