Very detailed proposal for TV mounting and Sonos. I believe there were estimated charges for configuration on components that were trivial to do, as well as excessive warranty fees. I would have negotiated but the service I wanted was not available. I wanted the wires on the TV Mount moved to provide flexibility in swapping TV or other components.

I had two positive experiences with a TV and surround sound and a refrigerator and microwave. However, the third appointment was a no show. I would like to purchase a treadmill and a stand-alone ice maker.
