I needed help reviewing TVs in a way that was hard in the store; namely how good the built-in sound was. Derrick had been involved in installing numerous TVs and steered me to the correct choice.

The In-Home advisor we work with is awesome. He helped set up everything we needed when we moved into our new home. This time I only needed a speaker but he helped answer all of my questions.

Good the have them at our house to specify the surround sound system and match it up with the new TV. Confirmed the dimensions of the TV (85") would work in the area as well. Disappointed about the recommendation for bluetooth headphones when the installer said they would not be compatable with the receiver, etc.

My tec was going to come back after our tiVo box was moved and I’m still waiting. We at this time have no TV. Our tec was also going to bring a remote that would run the hole system I was given his mobile number to contact him directly. Please have his scheduled to come out.
