Looking at installing security cameras. Home expert consultant was very knowledgeable about wired and wireless solutions. He was not pushy and was very patient. Overall great experience.

David was very cordial and explained what I needed to do very well but there was a disconnect when trying to reach him after the service was started which was not appreciated and caused a delay in completion of our project which I ultimately had to take care of myself.

Needed help with security cameras. Rob suggested where they should go and how to have them work wirelessly. Also how to keep the images forever in the cloud.

Everything went well except the fact that we can't get the radio channels we had on our previous receiver. We were told the new receivers may not get all the channels from older receiver.

Consultation was very good. Consultant went over all options re tv installation above a fireplace with different sound system options. We settled on a straightforward tv with sound bar combination. The look and sound is awesome.
