Kelsey was wonderful to have as our consultant. Because of supply chain issues, our appliance package was delivered over several months, with the last appliance arriving almost a year from the day it was ordered. Throughout the year, Kelsey proactively tried to expedite all of the deliveries, as well as stayed in close contact with us. Knowing he was working on our behalf put our minds at ease and lessened the stress of wait.

Troy help me find the right projector for my golf simulator room. He was very knowledgeable on the projectors. This was his first time working with someone building golf simulator room, but he took the time to find questions to all my questions to make sure we got the right projector. He took the time to return all my phone calls and text messages. You can't just buy in projector to work for a golf simulator room, so I would really suggest talking with Troy to make sure your happy with the end result.

Provided excellent information to help me through my hi-fi experience. Made ordering and returning items a breeze. Responded timely to all my questions.

We moved out of state and needed an entire kitchen of appliances. We honestly did not know where to start! MacKenzie was awesome and helped us through the process. There were a few issues that popped up in dealing with another state but MacKenzie was always available to answer our questions and resolve the issues. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated her knowledge and expertise. We will definitely use Best Buy again and tell everyone about our wonderful experience because of MacKenzie. Amazing! You need to hold onto her for sure!!!!!

My representative was very helpful walking me through my options and the best for me and my budget. I probably would’ve been overwhelmed trying to figure it out so it definitely alleviated some of that stress. I’m also very happy with the purchase!

I needed to upgrade my kitchen appliances and tv in the family room. Greg came out to my house and took measurements, and then we sat at my kitchen table and went through all of my options. He was very thorough in helping me pick the perfect appliances for my family's lifestyle and budget. As far as the TV goes, I had NO idea what I wanted as all the options and features are so overwhelming. Ge made excellent recommendations for the TV and surround sound! I couldnt be happier with everything!

We worked with Justin to purchase a large TV and all the extras to go with it, sound bar, arm, etc. Jason did an excellent job giving us the best prices for all of the equipment and saved us money with installation costs. He also personally delivered a smaller TV to our home so that we didn’t have to wait for a delivery date. He’s professional and is an expert with electronics. I recommend him for anyone who needs assistance when purchasing electronics.

Zac went above and beyond to accommodate several changes and requests I made to the original proposal during the planning & research phase, which went on for a couple of months after the first component (LG Oled TV) was purchased. He made an in house consultation to listen to my system layout ideas (distances, speakers' locations, etc), equipment choices and applications (various audio input types) and kindly made some extraordinary suggestions that ultimately made a huge positive influence to the system's outcome while saving me money!

We dealt with Joe Spark, a top-notch system designer who really knows his stuff. He advised on the best way to connect my new components into our home theater system and how to maximize the discounts then available at Best Buy. I subscribed to the Totaltech service and have availed myself of their have used their support several times already. It's been a good experience so far.

Sergio is amazing! From the moment my husband and I met him in the store to when he was onsite to help us with establishing our home theater, Sergio was friendly, helpful, and understood what we needed. He didn't try to upsell us with items we didn't need. He also showed up when the technicians installed the equipment to ensure all was working. Highly recommend Sergio!

The tech at the store Juan and the sales technician were absolutely wonderful. There product knowledge was superior. They are both at best buy in Valley Stream sunrise mall. The installation tech were also very professional and kind. If you want real appliance assistance ans design go to best buy!

Christina was knowledgeable regarding which refrigerators were available to us, as well as which refrigerator suited our needs. She was friendly, personable and very sharp. She also met us at the store, when her computer wasn't working properly. This was really the easiest purchase we've ever made regarding a large appliance. I would recommend her in an instant to anyone who is as bewildered as we were in researching which refrigerator was best for us. We enjoyed working with her very much and would do it again.

Aaron was phenomenal suggesting the right options for my wife and I to consider and then hooked us up for installation. Damian and his partner were excellent. They helped consult on wall location and then expertly mounted our Samsung Frame and Sonos soundbar. No visible wires by utilizing space on other side of the wall. They also hauled away our old and HEAVY tube TV. Really appreciate them both.
