We had never used this service before, yet had been suggested by friends multiple times. We needed help with the wifi in our home. Not only did the suggested fix work, but it was less expensive than we had budgeted for.

3 star review because we are happy, overall, with the system purchased. The displeasure comes with the lack of response from the guy who did our in home consultation after we paid for it when we had questions. Text and email went unanswered by him and his voicemail box was full. Because this all made me uneasy, I probably wouldn’t make a purchase that size with Best Buy again. The speakers didn’t end up mounted where I wanted them, even though he told me they would be. The installer said there would be holes in the wall that they don’t patch. I don’t love it.

Signed up appliances for tech support. Shown how to measure and making sure I have enough room to place appliance. Also made sure I had my mask and gloves same as delivery personnel. Thank you Best Buy!
