Comprehensive overview of in ceiling rear speakers, tv and sound bar for pool table room. Install of existing outdoor speakers. Sale went smoothly. Total spend was about 3,300 in fees and products for set up in two rooms. Install was C- Ceiling and outdoor speakers not installed though attic access in neighbouring room....? No response to texts and calls for how to proceed with refunded service fees and return of ceiling speakers. Seems like once purchase is made no one cares...

I needed input about refrigerators and installs and measurements. He couldn't have been more helpful! I'm happy with my choice mostly, but quite expensive! Hopefully worth every dime.

the in home consulate was wonderful experience and fun. They were very knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. The install was also a very enjoyable experience. I love both of them with great knowledge, personalities and polite!

Terry did a great job listening to what we wanted and making knowledgeable suggestions. He was efficient in getting back to us with suggestions and costs. The costs were quite a bit above our budget. That is basically the reason for the 4 star rating and not a 5.

Outstanding customer service in replacing a failed two-year old Sont Bravia that failed. Replaced with new model and better features, all because I had sense enough to buy the 5-year extended warranty.

My In home consultation was a great experience. I believe his name was Michael and he answered all of my questions and gave great advice for my entertainment system. He was easy to talk with and very informative on Best Buy's products.

Angelica demonstrated excellent product knowledge and made recommendations about what we were trying to accomplish. The initial quote was well below our budget so we upgraded the TV to LG OLED. You need more talented people like her.

Adam made the selection of the type of security system we should purchase very easy. He is very knowledgeable in this area and gave us a lot of pointers. Every time I called or emailed him he was quick to respond with the answer.

Our consultant was on time, polite, intelligent and informative but was unable to solve our install problem. We wanted to purchase a 65 in TV to replace our 60in. placed in a built in cabinet in our family room and wall mount the old TV in our remodeled basement. The wall mounting was apparently no problem and the consultant had some good advice about streaming and TV selection. However, he was unable to find a way to mount the new TV using my built-in cabinet. I ended up using an independent consultant/installer who was able to construct a supporting frame, out of sight, within the cabinet to mount our new TV which I was able to purchase from Costco at a significant savings. Sorry Best Buy, you just struck out this time! (I did buy a Roku from you though)

Recently had beat buy consult for outdoor sound for my new patio. Great advice given free of charge! Install was professionally done and it sounds awesome. The techs showed me how to operate the app and answered all my questions!

Excellent work. Everything we requested was done perfectly and promptly with no issues.

There seemed to be a disconnect between the designer and the installers. I wanted a tech tube to the projector, but when the installers came they didn't have one on their list. Also, the speakers were supposed to be in the wall, but the installers insured me the ceiling ones would work just as well. This was all for a pre-wiring job, so hopefully when its all said it done the people installing the product have everything they need.

My consultant called me to discuss my options. She informed me the television I was considering was on sale. She completed the sale and arranged the pickup. It was a perfect experience!
