they did a great job of designing a good system at a good price, and explaining to us our options and what was worth the effort and what wasn't as important. no pressure to buy stuff we really didn't need.

The review was good, most of my question were answered, but I would have liked more product comparisons. Our reviewer told us that when we were ready to buy, he would tell us what was available. It would have been nice to say the this was available or that was available and the advantages and disadvantages are .....

We had no idea on what brand of appliances to buy nor what would fit in our kitchen. In turn, we had an in home appliance consultantation which was fantastic and at no charge! Extremely pleased with the service. Only way to go!

I had my 65” Samsung Q9 tv mounted to the wall. The two installers from Best Buy did a great job (two females). We all know women are better than men at paying attention to details! I am very happy with the service.

We were looking to replace our combination in wall microwave/oven. Jay our advisor measured everything, showed us our choices and set everything up. He did such a great job we purchased a new stovetop 4 days later.
