Troy was great and very knowledgeable. We purchased $11000 worth of home entertainment electronics because of his guidance. I just wish the Geek Squad and Best Buy were better at executing. I would give them 1 star

We purchased a new home last month and had no appliances. This is where our home advisor story started. She came and helped us in every aspect and still continues to suggest different things to complete our home!

We had a couple of issues with our electronics that just couldn't be adequately described to the people in the stores. Daniel took in the room, our needs, our habits and developed a terrific plan for us.

The services to install and go over things to get started, were very helpful and complete.

I had a consult for home security cameras. The actual initial consult and installation were great, but the process to make those happen was a real hassell! Best Buys scheduling system leaves a lot to be desired. I got a LOT of texts, emails and robo calls, but when I tried to respond, the system didn't work. Forget about calling and talking to them, and the stores seem to be totally in the dark on all this. They also sent the technician to the wrong address for the install. It took longer than it should have to complete the process, and it was frustrating. However, we are satisfied with the end result.

The consultant was very helpful and answered my questions concerning the wall oven and it’s installation.

The expert was very informative, realistic, and constructive when it came to my home theater vision and brought it to life. Couldn't be happier!
