I got most of my questions answered and customer service was vey satisfactory. Very Pleased with Aiden and Geek squad. I have already recommended this service to 2 friends.

I followed his advice and it worked. Turns out he was very knowlegeable. I needed stronger wireless signal throughout my house. He surveyed the area and came up with the solution in seconds.

Got the information that I was looking for and was called back regarding what we went over. I received excellent detailed specifications on the product I was interested in and gave me a great alternative speaker for my budget.

I was having WiFi issues. The in-home consultation came to the house and surveyed what I had and we discussed my needs. This saved me significant amount of time and I feel the result was exactly the right product for me.

The "In-Home" consultation was great to start, however, after the interview, it all went south I'm sad to say. The installer was unable to provide the services and was very immature about how to communicate with Xfinity, stating "you sir will have to speak to Comcast/Xfinity from my Best Buy phone for account verification"! This was ridiculous to say the least. Once trying to get reschedule with someone this took 2 weeks until I just cancelled the project that was turning out to be a complete fiasco, The representative who handled the return was aware of the dropping the ball effect I went through as this took him/them 30 + min. I wouldn't advise this service at this time until a more competent and easily to schedule in home services comes without major time consuming effort.
