This is a good service Best Buy offers. It was extremely helpful. Be aware that the quote you get from this service is not the final quote, and they tell you that. It changed significantly when it came time to buy. Make sure and review each line item before you are charged.

Delivery was made on the third attempt (at the fault of Best Buy for the first two being canceled). On the actual delivery, the home experts were respectful and knowledgeable about the product and answered any questions we had.
