our in home consultant Nathan Mizzi responded quickly to our call when the new washer and dryer failed to work properly upon installation. Nate ordered new washer and dryer immediately.

The representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of great ideas. I asked him for a written quote to present to my husband. He only sent over more of a price invoice total. I guess he didn't understand I wanted an itemized description of the products and systems along with a price.

Have an existing Bose (crap) system and wanted advice to have serious audio in my living room. Nick came out and gave great advice and many options. He wasn’t pushy on sales, just wanted to see a happy client.

The two people who came about my new printer purchase, determined I needed a new mesh, 2 devices router, vs the one I purchased at Best Buy last year, as the signal was not strong enough for my old HP printer. I had always been using a single device router before last year. They sold me a Google combination and had it installed. I needed technical help from the Google person when I could not see the number of devices, which should have appeared automatically, in their software. We had a 3-way with HP. I needed proof for HP, that I am paying them monthly for support of their older printer. I still need a new printer.
