    Chris had all the answers. When he didn’t, he immediately looked up the information and verified. I would say he is an expert at what he does. If you’re looking to upgrade your current home theater system or build a crazy decked out space, Chris is the go to guy at the Galleria Best Buy location in Houston.

    John was amazing. He has great understanding of home theater systems and products. We spent a good deal of time together reviewing my system. I went with a Matantz amp and all Sonance in wall and ceiling speakers. All connected to an 85 inch Sony tv. John visited my home twice to review my set up and needs. His help was extremely valuable and his expertise in this area was excellent.

    It was past time to update my audio/TV system, since much of it dated from 1991. Steve scheduled a home visit and was prompt to arrive on time and took time to listen to what I wanted and did a very admirable job to fit that into a reasonable budget - even selecting items that were currently on sale. The TV, Rear speakers, Tuner, blu-ray player were all upgraded - along with a new router to allow an Internet connection to the new system. Everything has been a positive experience so far in this journey.

    Billy Bommer from the Riverdale Utah store has been incredibly helpful with our project (outdoor sound & entertainment system). Super smart and has held my hand the entire way. Like a proud father, he's walked me down the isle of Sonos & Sonance equipment confidently despite my trepidation, ensuring me that all will be well in the end.     Our home expert, Alex was a huge help getting us set up with our dream appliances and making sure everything fit correctly. Even though there was a major appliance back order, Alex went above and beyond to ensure we received our appliances before moving into our new home. He also assisted with our home network setup and future theater room setup by connecting us with the Magnolia team.

    Although we were well prepared when we entered the store due to the greatest website for consumer consumption AKA Best Buy Dot Com, we were able to meet with our in store consultant and he was able to give us a couple other fine tuned points. really showing us the real world applications of the laundry products and we appreciated that so much! And I am Happy He Reminded Us To Add HAUL AWAY!

    We bought viking 72 inch side by side freezer and refrigerator from best buy. Best Buy hss been around for so long and I realy like their store as you can find top notch technology and Best buy will always stand behind their products. Our problem was communication from our contact/sales person. Initial process was very smooth. Sales person came out, took measurements and payment was processed same day. We were given an appointment for haul away old fridge/freezer, delivery of new f/f and installment in appx 2 months. On appointment day haul way guys showed up in the morning and when we inquired about the new fridge/freezer ,they didn’t know any thing about it. We called contact/sales person and after checking he told us , “your freezer got delayed and fridge has not arrived from AZ yet. We had to take out every thing from old fridge/freezer night before as we assumed new fridge is arriving next day.. After wards 3 more appointments were generated 1-2 weeks apart by Best Buy scheduling system and cancelled on day of appointment. Finally sales person scheduled another appointment mentioning both fridge/freezer are in Las Vegas at their ware house. This time he assured us they have coordinated haul away, delivery and installation. That day was also no show, no call.. This time I decided to go to the store physically and talked to a gentleman David. David reviewed in their system and figured out the problem. He assured that he will work from his end and schedule another appointment. David explained that Best buy system auto generates appointment but for appliances like ours best buy has to use special installers . David mentioned our Sales Person will call us with appointment details Next day we received a call from our Sales Person informing once he has a date scheduled ,he will notify us. We didn’t receive any call and luckily two days prior I checked best buy website which showed updated scheduled date. I went to store again to confirm that scheuded date. In store they could not find any confirmation. Next day upon my inquiry via text ,our sales person confirmed that delivery will be done on that date. My only complaint through whole process is there was no communication from the sales person. Whenever I spoke to him he will end conversation with sentence ”I will keep you posted” but he didn’t do that. otherwise he was very knowledgeable , courteous and friendly. On delivery day Appliances were not fitting in the built-in-space as measurement were not taken properly, for which needed a wood guy to open up more space. Measurement mistake could have been because of Viking as Viking now includes two extra metal sheets to be placed on each side of the fridge and freezer. Per installer they have to follow Vikings installation guidelines for the metal sheets to keep warranty valid. That’s why installation was done on two different days. Best buy did give us a credit for what wood guy charged us. We had to return trims as per installer we didn’t need them. Trims are sold at an additional cost to customers. About installers (I think company name was A-Company). Excellent workers (two different gentlemen) , extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Would highly recommend them for large appliances installation. We referred one of our friends for similar fridge/freezer to best buy. Their experience was great as they were assigned a different sales person, who kept them in the loop and took care of every thing during 1st assigned appointment.

    Amazing team. Very knowledgeable about the how and what they were installing - super proficient. Overall, they team was super - very respectful of my home, and want to ensure we had the experience intended with the new system… they went the extra mile to install and configure any app required - and was very patient with explaining everything. Very good customer service and support

    We debated about having a TV over the fireplace and size of the TV. Adam came in, measured, looked at current set up and gave his thoights. We went with hos recommendations and couldnt be happier.

    Having an in-home consultation with a Best Buy Home Expert is the only way to go. They are so knowledgeable and helpful in the decision-making process and meeting them at the store to choose the right TV, sound bars and accessories gives you the confidence to know that you are making the right choices.     The guys were very quick, clean, and helpful in explaining things to us. They set the remotes up to make it easier to access without needing 3 remotes, and showed us how to use some of the features of the smart tv.

From Daniel coming out to my home to review my ideas and providing his professional opinion to the finished product.     Chris was an amazing consultant and he was extremely honest He gave us great advices and never tried to up-sell an oversized tv. He actually discouraged us to buy the 83” because of the room size. We are extremely happy with the 77” that we got in two rooms. I will call him back when I need new Best Buy products

Ben did an awesome job helping us select the best value for high quality 4K LED units, as well as quickly getting Geeksquad to calendar the installs which were flawlessly completed in just a few hours.     This was a great experience with the planning, purchasing and installation of all the home equipment from our living room, media room and other areas we bought equipment for. The team was very knowledgeable, professional and really a joy to work with. We talked to several other similar companies but no one compared to the experience and value we feel we got from Best Buy.

    Noe was extremely knowledgeable and helped get us into the right system for our media room. He answered a plethora of follow-up questions and even went through the "which remote to use" process with us a second time over the phone. Noe also recommended a universal remote to help us with our "which remote?" issue!
