We need some advice on finishing our home theater surround system. We got some great advice on in ceiling speakers and have moved forward with the suggestions. Very happy!

The consultation was to focus on my printer. He did a great job, However, the printer did not work the next day. I had to pay an additional $50.00 for this service. I have been working online to solve the issue. Today, I was to bring in my printer for an appointment scheduled at 8:40 a.m. I arrived and the store did not open until 10:00 a.m. I was not able to reschedule until August 31. The original appointment for 8:40 a.m was confirmed. I am perplexed as I have paid for a support service plan. I should have read the small print. I need to know who to speak to concerning my issues.
