I got a great home theater system after having an in-home consultation. The person I worked with walked me through his honest opinions about what would work for my budget while still having good quality.

We have been a loyal Best Buy customer for years and continue to be amazed at the services they provide. He reviewed our current systems and made recommendations for new systems and set-ups.
