I needed some assistance updating the tech/entertainment at my bar/restaurant and Anthony was without question the man for the job. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We had to replace an old gas stove that was slightly leaking (not a good problem to have!). Jordan was extremely responsive and quickly helped us find a couple models that would fit into the same space, and we were able to make our purchase within just a couple hours. The new stove was installed within days, fit perfectly and looks great. Jordan was fantastic to work with and I would happily recommend him to anyone!

The guys were very quick, clean, and helpful in explaining things to us. They set the remotes up to make it easier to access without needing 3 remotes, and showed us how to use some of the features of the smart tv.

John was amazing. He has great understanding of home theater systems and products. We spent a good deal of time together reviewing my system. I went with a Matantz amp and all Sonance in wall and ceiling speakers. All connected to an 85 inch Sony tv. John visited my home twice to review my set up and needs. His help was extremely valuable and his expertise in this area was excellent.

Terry and his team are the very best. If you need equipment and install work you must ask for Terry Pearson and his crew. The crew was just great and explained everything to me. No question I will be using these great folks again soon.

It was past time to update my audio/TV system, since much of it dated from 1991. Steve scheduled a home visit and was prompt to arrive on time and took time to listen to what I wanted and did a very admirable job to fit that into a reasonable budget - even selecting items that were currently on sale. The TV, Rear speakers, Tuner, blu-ray player were all upgraded - along with a new router to allow an Internet connection to the new system. Everything has been a positive experience so far in this journey.

Our home expert, Alex was a huge help getting us set up with our dream appliances and making sure everything fit correctly. Even though there was a major appliance back order, Alex went above and beyond to ensure we received our appliances before moving into our new home. He also assisted with our home network setup and future theater room setup by connecting us with the Magnolia team.

Although we were well prepared when we entered the store due to the greatest website for consumer consumption AKA Best Buy Dot Com, we were able to meet with our in store consultant and he was able to give us a couple other fine tuned points. really showing us the real world applications of the laundry products and we appreciated that so much! And I am Happy He Reminded Us To Add HAUL AWAY!

Che was very helpful in assisting me with the purchase of a home theater system. He set me up in the sound booth to listen to and compare different speakers. And he helped me make my choices, arrange financing, and set up delivery that fit my schedule...

Excellent in home evaluation for our new home. The technician was wonderful and arrived on time on a Saturday morning. The plan was to go room to room and measure for TV's and soundbars. All the mounting information was also reviewed, room by room. One of them was over a new rock fireplace and I had concerns about damage. She assured me they would be mounted perfectly as they had done many of them. At the conclusion of the in home assessment I purchased three Samsungs and one Sony OLED for over the fireplace. Everything was discussed at length and all my questions were answered. I set up a delivery date and everything arrived exactly as promised. They placed each TV in their respective rooms and since I have my own installation person, I didn't need Best Buy to install them. I have used the Geek Squad several times for installation in the past and they always do a terrific job. However, I was not aware that Best Buy had an in home consultation department on my initial visit to Best Buy. Since I needed four TV's in different sized rooms it wasn't as easy as I thought. On my second visit to Best Buy the salesman mentioned it to me. He set up the in home consultation and they called me the very next day to set it up on a Saturday morning. The person they sent was excellent. I would highly recommend Best Buy for anything you need. A week later I bought my new refrigerator from them and that will be delivered in a few weeks. Great company with great service.

With all of different TV screen options, LED, miniLED, QLED, OLED, etc, we did not know where to start or what option fit best with our TV watching area.

Chris was an amazing consultant and he was extremely honest He gave us great advices and never tried to up-sell an oversized tv. He actually discouraged us to buy the 83” because of the room size. We are extremely happy with the 77” that we got in two rooms. I will call him back when I need new Best Buy products

John was absolutely excellent!! Without a question, one of the best and honest person to call for designing home entertainment. He delivers what he promises, period. !! Most don’t, but John does !!
