This is my 4th attempt to complete, as since my EERO units went in, I have interrupted internet service several times a day, sometimes several times an hour. Matt returned to "fix" but no go. He is returning next week with the "network" team. it is very frustrating as we also use a land line tied to the internet (my husband is blind). I have had communication with the installer, which is nice, but this is now in its 2nd week. It was billed as plug and play?

Being that it was not completely in home with the current COVID situation we did the best that we could do. It was very helpful to have someone to talk through things with and ask questions as they came up. I would highly recommend it.

We were looking to replace our set of kitchen appliances. The Best Buy consultant initially did not show for the original appointment. When we re-scheduled, our expectation was that he would provide more creative options. He basically provided a quote on a set that we had seen elswhere. The Best Buy Price was higher. He developed an quote on an alterntive brand that was competitive. However the quote was provided on Saturday and we call the following Tuesday to confirm the order. At that time we were told the quoted product was not available. We would have appreciated a call that quantities were limited and we had to act quickly.

Michael was very knowledgeable of the products I had was interested in purchasing. He also suggested the best installation equipment as well as optimal placement for sound and viewing.

Destinee was very knowledgeable and gave me good recommendations for the kitchen appliances I purchased.

We needed a new pair of washer dryer and we were so happy to have someone at our home who can help us with our order

The service was tremendous! I was taught how to use the equipment and reassured that I could call at any time if an issue developed. Could not be more happy with the experience.

It was wonderful having a consultant come to our home and measure for the appliances. She had good ideas. We love our appliances. The delivery crew was outstanding. They were polite and very helpful.

Tim Frazee is a good listener and very knowledgeable about what tools BB has to offer to solve problems. Great experience. I may steal him some day to come work for me.

Needed help to get the right trim kit and microwave

The tech explained everything as he did it and showed us how to use our phones.

Gentleman was professional, clean and timely. I was confident of his advice and did order the dishwasher. The only problem is that I’m getting ready to buy a new refrigerator too and had a problem he was going to check out and call me back. He did not.

John was a great consultant and he was super knowledgable and helpful. I would def go back to him for his help!

Spent about 30 minutes discussing my wifi problem and ended up replacing my older mesh network with the eero pro devices. Performance was immediately improved and noticed.

She was a very good representative. Her suggestion. Was right on. Between her visit and Ryan installing the eeros WiFi all is very good. I would recommend her and Ryan as a team.

Lem has helped us on a couple of home projects. We send an email and he gets back with great advice.
