The picking out and ordering went well. The issue we had was that the sales person had our old address on the order form and not the new house that he came out to measure everything at. This caused an issue to where our delivery had to be pushed back 5 days, which wasn't ideal as we were moving into a new house with delapidated appliances. The follow up wasn't great either as Chris wasn't easy to get ahold of and didn't call back when he said he would. If i would have just placed the order at the store everything would have went smoother, we just may not have picked the same appliances.
