I was in need of a home theater consultation. He helped me decide if it was I was looking for.

The person who gave me home consultation recommended some great things that we are very happy with. However, biggest issue was him returning phone calls and emails to follow through on consultation. After strongly considering going elsewhere the deal was too good to pass up and we wind up going into the store to complete the order and the person who took care of us in store was phenomenal and very apologetic for how things were handled and was great about being very honest with his recommendations and not pushing us to buy the latest, greatest most expensive anything. Because of him and his associates we will continue to do business a with BB when at one point thought never would again.

Ande was extremely helpful and we discussed many options for washers. He was professional and very knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again when needed.

The consultant was very nice and polite. We both were misled on his reasons for coming through no fault of either of us, but he was very helpful in following up to try and resolve my situation. He also followed up with me as promised which I felt was very nice.

We have a small living room surrounded by windows. Our in home consultation helped us to decide on the best t.v. for sun glare and what size would look best. Very helpful.

part of this transaction was missing in the notes/order. behind the refrig ie water line, doors ie getting fridge into kitchen. no one knew doors of a brand new frig were to be taken off to get refrig into kitchen. ordered in july delivered in sept. stove. checking the gas line. would a plumber be needed. since the house is an older house, connections would be different. on/off valves, if existed, would be located differently. none of this was noted for me or delivery personnnel.
