It was great for someone to actually come out to our outside patio and tell us what would work best in our space.

The geek squad guys were great. Got our new OLED TV set up, connected to all our devices and internet, and showed us the key features and how to access them. Quick, efficient!

TV watching is a pleasure since each one has more features - lagrger screen, better picture and clearer sound, 4k, roku, etc. And best of all we are less dependent on cable services.

The first scheduled appointment Geek Squad came out and was talking me into doing wireless instead. I told them that I wanted it to be wired. I could tell they did not want to do it. Then they told not to use 4K wires and to buy cheaper ones and then they left without installing. The next appointment happened a week later. Different Geek Squad came out and they said not a problem and was happy to install the cameras. They were very professional and polite. Once they left we did note that when they were in the attic they fell through the ceiling and we have drywall coming down. Is this something Best Buy will fix?

During my consultation, Joey talked to me about mesh networks and suggested the eero product. So far it is working good in my house. My only complaint is I cannot assign which hub a particular device connects to and it doesn’t default to to closest hub.
