The consultant came to our home, measured and sent us a proposal, Due to a health emergency we could not order as soon as expected. When we were ready we could never reach him by phone or email, I assumed that he was no longer with Best Buy. I went to the Galleria location where they were able to look up my proposal and I was able to order. Special order took three months. Delivery was end of August. The In Home Consultant failed to tell us we needed to have an electrical outlet installed and that the recirculating fan was not a good idea. We learned this from the delivery person who was not able to install the range because we had no outlet and he advised us that an exhaust going outside would be much better. He left the range in the box in my home and the delivery had to be rescheduled after electrical and HVAC work was done. Range is finally being installed 9/25 now that we have had outlet and outside exhaust vent installed. Received more information from delivery person than the "in home consultant service". A nightmare! Looking forward to finally using the Bosch range.
