I love my new wifi system. Technicians did a great job on installation. The improvement in coverage in my 3-story townhouse is truly impressive. I'm glad for the decision to purchase this system.

I am hoping a manager read's this review. I have had 3 techs' out to my home to install a Ring. 1st time could not install problem with power 2nd time same issue only this time the tech really broke things down for me to understand the technology; ok I was furious; talk to management. THEY REALLY GOT WHAT I HAD TO SAY ABOUT BEING THROUG 3. Purchase all necessary equipment; here is the problem; "my fault I did not get it" so now I have RING THAT REALLY NEEDS MY DOOR BELL TOO

Our consultant, Steve, did a great job in advising us on the product to buy. He listened to our concerns and helped elicit the key decision criteria for us. I would certainly tho to him again.

We're doing some remodeling in our family room area and I wanted another set of eyes to help with the setup we're envisioning. Donnie was very good, particularly in suggesting the proper mounting bracket for the TV.

My Agent helped me understand all the functions on my TV.. and helped me pick out a Universal remote. He answers all my questions with patience and kindness.

We needed help setting up our new smart tv, linked accessories and remote. The techs did all this in an efficient and helpful manner.

Feel products purchased was good but not exactly what we’re told it would deliver, therefore we had to purchase additional equipment to be installed at a much later date, due to scheduling issues. But they delivered satisfaction in the end. Thank you.
