Setting up an outdoor entertainment center seemed daunting so I turned to the experts. You went above and beyond by coming to my house and listing my options.

My in-house consultation lasted only about twenty minutes, though we were tentatively scheduled for two hours. Overall, it went fine, he was polite and knowledgeable but his suggestions for products were too expensive. As I look back on this experience, the recommendations from my Best Buy rep in the store were better than those of the rep in the in house Consultation. The guy in the store listened more closely to me. I felt like the in house rep was trying to upsell me; I guess that’s his job. But it wasn’t what I wanted.

Love the tv, sound bar, and blue ray. Installation went well except the drilled a hole in my cabinet and did a very poor job splitting the wood and it looks terrible. Not satisfied at all.

I thought this person knew security and would offer security recommendations. But he said that BestBuy not security company but know the equipment. Not sure I would have signed up for this. Still havent bought the equip.recommended.
